We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and communicative from start to finish. The property was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay so easy and comfortable.The location was fantastic - just one block from the beach and situated in a beautiful area near a park, tennis courts, mini golf, Wawa, and plenty of great restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better location!We truly can’t say enough good things about the unit, the location, or the host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Ruth's place is in a fantastic location, especially if you're travelling with young(er) children. It is steps from 34th Street beach (which has bathroom facilities), across the street from miniature golf and a great playground, and close to a grocery store. The place comfortably slept our 5 adults and 5 children. Eating in was tight, but with seating on the porch we were able to all find a place to eat. Ruth was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, including ideas for activities with kids on a rainy day we had. The place was clean and well-kept.

We had an incredible time here. The location is perfect with a min walk to the beach. There is parking for guests that make unloading easy and convenient. The condo is extremely clean and has everything you may need during your stay, from extra blankets, games for kids and adults, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It felt very private and quaint. The communication was very smooth and open. The host is generous and so helpful with property instructions, which were clear and easy to follow. There is no doubt in my mind that I will request to rent here again.

My family and I had an AMAZING time in an extremely clean and well maintained home. Location was great with many food and attraction options nearby. Attentive and caring owner that was easily accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Well suited for the handicapped- which made our stay easier to support my elderly father. Will definitely stay at this house again.

Great location for a family with little kids and grandparents . The condo had just about everything we could have needed for the kids, (crib, boosters, bed rail, utensils, toys). It was especially nice being so close to the beach and playground. The condo was clean and spacious and the owner was very attentive and nice.

Wonderful condo!

This was a wonderful place to stay. So clean and well kept with all of the necessities! Ruth was wonderful and super easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and a quick walk to Wawa, acme, cvs and the beach! Overall would definitely come back and stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful home that is comfortable and convenient

The location is perfect for spending days on the beach! An easy walk to the sand and lots of activities and restaurants. Beautiful home that is well cared for and full of adorable decorations and relaxing reminders. I cannot say enough great things about my stay there! I can't wait to go back!!!

Wedding Weekend

We came from out of town for a wedding. It was a great place to stay, steps from the beach, and lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Kim was a great communicator. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Awesome Spot

Can’t beat this place! One block from the beach, playground right across the street. As a family with little ones, it was the perfect location. Ruth was great too! She is very thorough and helped with any questions we had!

Excellent location and comfortable home!

We had a great trip in OCNJ staying in this home. It’s so close to the beach, has a great covered balcony we spent most of our time on, and came with (I think) 8 beach tags, which we found was a huge bonus compared to family members who did not get this included in their separate rental house. Ruth also has beach chairs if you’re unable to bring your own. Would highly recommend!

Great property, responsive host

We stayed the week before Memorial Day because we have a 1yr old and 3.5 year old. This condo was family friendly, as advertised, and in a great location. Ruth and Bob were attentive hosts and communicators. We would definitely consider renting this location again next year.
