NSB Getaway

Nicole was wonderful to communicate with. Property location on the beach, close to the main shopping and restaurants all in walking distance.Our only disappointment was the sofa/sleeper was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Amazing Property

I have been going to Coconut Palms for over 20+ years and this property was perfect for my daughter and I. Very clean, nicely updated, and everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with….. will definitely be coming back!!

We Keep Coming Back

Another amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach! This is the only vacation rental that we keep returning to. The condo is situated perfectly on the beach and within walking distance of the fun on Flager. Both pools were open this year, which was a bonus. The condo is stocked with everything you need for your stay and is super clean. We took advantage of the bbq on the property this year. Nicole is a wonderful host to deal with and a big reason we keep coming back. We're looking forward to our stay next year!

Beach front haven

Nicole is a great host and her place is very modern and comfortable. You are practically sitting on the beach. This is the second time we stayed here and we may very well return for future weekend getaways. Location is perfect, walking distance to downtown New Smyrna with shops, taverns and lots of great restaurants.

What a wonderful experience A walk to Flagler and restaurants The most amazing sunrises that you can take in on the balcony with a cup of Java. The condo was spotless and recently renovated we will be returning !

Favorite travel place

Loved the property, and the location. By day we could spend time on the beach, in the ocean, or take a break inside to beat the heat. At nihht Flagler Ave was the hot spot. We loce this area and the room was fantastic. Thanks for the memories, we will be back!

Impromptu Girls Trip

Perfect location for our HS classmates reuniting. Very clean, and the host was quickly responsive and helpful. The location was THE BEST, and doubtful we'll book a car next time because everything is so close. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Ocean Front Condo

Very nice ocean front condo with all the amenities needed. Very clean. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave shopping district. Very nice pools (2) with easy beach access. 5 stars!

Short get away

Room was very nice and modern.. could use a deep clean Elevator was broke for the first two days we were there main pool for the property wasn't able to be used had to go next door to use pool.. but over all it was a good stay...the good out weighed the bad I would definitely stay there again

A quick get away!

The property was still under construction from the Hurricane, and we were very sad to find out the pool wasn't heated. Otherwise the condo was perfect and location quiet and nice!

Amazing condo with incredible views

This condo had everything we needed! Beach chairs, toys for the kids, even a cooler to bring to the pool/beach! We loved the access to the private beach area with the free cabanas, swings, and grills. Even though the building was under refurbishment and not many families in the building, Nicole’s condo was updated and modern! The refurbishment did not take away from our amazing stay. Not only was the views perfect, but the location was amazing. A short 5-10 minute walk to Flagler allowed us to visit the places we wanted without the use of Uber or Lyft. We will def be staying here again. Thank you for the accommodations for our family trip. The only recommendations I would say is having a mattress topper for the pullout couch because the springs do hurt (as the case of most pull-out couches) and installing screen doors on the sliding doors so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves without bugs flying in.

NSB May Mini Vacation

We've been to this resort several times, we love it! The location is perfect for us & suits are needs. We did find that the outlets in the kitchen area were faulty, we had to plug the coffee maker in several outlets each day to get it to work. I think this may be an ongoing issue, that no one has brought to the owners attention. There fore, I wanted to pass this info along. The only other thing I noticed (that I'd want to know if I owned this property) is that the candle holder on the kitchen table is in need of cleaning as well as the ceiling fans. YES we'd stay there again. Minor issues that the owner may not be aware of. Thank you for the nice unit for our stay.

Condo was as is pictured. Great location - convenient access. The front desk and staff were so polite and pleasant. If you do plan on cooking review what is stocked in the kitchen. We had to adjust a bit what we were wanting to cook based off of pots and pans available. There are community laundry facilities available- quarters can be gotten from front desk. We would definitely consider staying again! It was hard coming home to freezing temps and rain. Host was super nice and responsive to messages.
