A bright, updated interior with lots of nautical shabby chic touches greets you as you step in the door of this three-bedroom townhome. The perfect place to start the day is on your covered balcony with a cup of coffee.

Take a book and take your time – why not? You’re on vacation. When you get hungry, head inside to the bright, open kitchen and make some breakfast. With stainless steel appliances, all the gadgets you need, and plenty of counter space, meal prep is a breeze. Dine together at the adjacent table or pull up one of the baby blue barstools and keep it casual, then head out to explore Destin. The beach is just a few blocks away or visit the shared pool in the center of the community, visible from your townhouse.

After a day out, return to your comfortable home and grab a spot on the couch. Looking for more together time? Grab one of the board games and gather at the dining room table again, then throw something on the gas grill for dinner. Before bed, step out on the balcony again, turn on the fairy lights, and toast your good luck at finding such a perfect vacation retreat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very Nice place and location

A Very nice place and location. Very close to everything in the Destin area. Only had a couple issues with my stay that were partly addressed. The main living room TV had no connectivity for cable or streaming services. All other TVs were fine. The sofa bed and downstairs queen had frame issues. I believe the bed issues were addressed in part. Never tried the sofa bed again to verify but living room tv never connected. The place was really nice. Only those couple of issues prevented it from being 5 stars. I might stay again but for the price I paid, I would not have expected to deal with such issues.

Everything was more than we expected. The location is great and it was what we needed for tge time we were there.

Overall good

The location was very convenient, and the check in and check out process was good. The only thing was that we stayed there for a week and were only provided with 2 garbage bags. The floors were also a little slippery in tbe kitchen.
