Wonderful home with amazing amenities and the best views in the entire area! Step onto one of California's best surf break beaches, Silverstrand. On the North side is the Harbor and the Channel Islands out in front. The rooftop deck is with BBQ and sitting areas and dining table. Great place above it all to entertain or just relax. The kitchen is a true chef's The home is equipped with chef's kitchen and supplies. The entire house has a filtered water softener with extra water filtration In kitchen sink and refrigerator.
There are 4 kayaks, 2 standup paddle boards, boogie boards, and 2 bikes for enjoying the outdoors. Beach chairs and beach towels provided.
Everything you need in bathrooms, hair dryers, straightening iron and curling iron.
Waking to the north jetty you will see the historical La Janelle sunken ship.
Restaurants within walking distance to eat in or take out.
The home was remodeled 5 years ago and has electric blinds, tv surround sound, beautiful marble countertops and a Restoration Hardware Cloud couch. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine. State of the art appliances.
Oxnard is centrally located to be able to go to Santa Barbara or Malibu easily. The Camarillo outlets are less then 30 minutes away for great shopping.
The sunsets are incredible. You will have some amazing memories

Silver Strand is a great beach for families. To be this close to the jetty is very convenient. The house is beautiful, well-stocked and has exceptional amenities, like Thermador refrigerator, double oven, a huge island with plenty of seating, boogie boards, sand toys, tons of towels, and much more. The bedroom off of the main bedroom is small but functional with a comfortable bed. The main bath is huge and easily shared with whoever stays in the small bedroom. The rooftop is very cool, especially for sunsets. The house sits by the parking lot but the privacy wall makes it feel very separate. The parking lot is emptied and locked when it gets dark so there’s no traffic or noise at night. It’s a cool spot because you have views of the harbor and the beach. An ice cream truck comes to the parking lot at least once per day so it was fun for the kids. Great communication with the host and check in and out was a breeze. A great place to stay for a big family gathering. We loved it!

This home exceeded every expectation. The photos are beautiful, but somehow the property is even more impressive in person. The layout is perfect! It's spacious, comfortable, and designed in a way that made every area feel connected while still relaxing and private.The views are absolutely incredible, especially the rooftop deck at sunset. We spent so much time there enjoying the ocean, harbor, and overall atmosphere. The indoor/outdoor flow of the home made the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious.Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked. The communication and overall experience from start to finish were excellent.We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday weekend, and it honestly created memories we’ll never forget. You can tell this property is cared for with a lot of attention and pride.Without question one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely come back again.

Wonderful place to share time with the family. The home is beautiful and the back gate leads to the beach where there are seals and sea lions and plenty of birds. The roof patio was comfortable and has a great view of the ocean and harbor. We had a little trouble with the bar-b-q….it wouldn’t stay lit, but other than that, everything was great.

Excellent girls weekend

9 of us women stayed here for our annual girls retreat. Great location, beautiful house. We spent our nights on the rooftop watching the sunset which was lovely. The roof top felt private and overlooked the ocean. Everyone raved about the house and it's on our list for our next retreat.

Just as advertised. Master suite is incredible. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views is a must see - you can watch sunset and sunrise. Kitchen is beyond fully stocked and the beach is literally at your feet out the back door. Great host - easy to work with. 5 stars!

Best house on the strand!

We stayed for the fourth of July and surf camp! Views from all rooms and the rooftop lounge are terrific and show the beach, the harbor, the ocean as far as you can see. Lots of space and everything you need is avaliable! Don't miss out.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home celebrating 3 birthdays! The house has everything you can think of and amazing views from almost every room! My son and I were on a road trip and booked this wonderful beach house for a short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, its location and the fact that it’s right on the beach. It was very relaxing & enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host is responsive, helpful and kind.

Fabulous stay!

They thought every touch! Our favorite was the roof top lounging area. 360° beautiful view of beach and marine harbor to the side with boat sounds and seals barking out in the harbor! Comfy beds. Huge and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely owners!

Spacious Family Reunion Oceanfront luxury

Living area, primary bedroom space, and upper deck provided incredible views of ocean, beach, and coastal mountains. Perfect venue for large family gathering and ample space for everyone to spread out. Access to a clean, quiet beach was a major attraction of this property. Neighborhood was low key with easy drive to grocery stores and local restaurants. Ventura Botanical Garden and Ojai were fun outings for all ages.
