Welcome to "Villa Oh!", a fully renovated detached house in Challes-les-Eaux, near Chambéry and just minutes from the most beautiful landscapes of Savoie. Bright, warm, and elegantly decorated, it accommodates up to 8 people in an environment designed for comfort, conviviality, and relaxation, whether you are travelling with family, friends, or for a business seminar. The accommodation: From the moment you enter, the large, light-filled living room sets the tone: opening onto the terrace and enclosed garden, it invites you to share meals, relax in the evenings, or enjoy informal work sessions. The living room features a large swiveling TV and direct access to the outside. The open-plan kitchen, the true heart of the house, is fully equipped for cooking for several people or hosting a private chef: conventional and steam ovens, induction hobs, American-style fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils. The four bedrooms are spread over two split levels to offer privacy and rest for everyone. Two of them are true suites with their own private bathrooms. Two separate toilets complete the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Extras include: air conditioning throughout the villa, an enclosed garden with unobstructed views, a terrace, and dedicated outdoor storage space for bicycles or skis. An easy-to-live-in house, ideal for short stays, weekends with family or friends, or professional and creative retreats. Location: In Challes-les-Eaux, a peaceful spa town near Chambéry: a stone's throw from shops, a few minutes from Lake Bourget, and an hour from the Bauges, Belles, and Tarentaise ski resorts. Good to know: Starting in autumn 2026, landscaping work will be undertaken on the exterior. The accommodation will remain fully functional and the terrace accessible: only certain outdoor spaces (areas of land awaiting turfing) will be undergoing redevelopment. Work is systematically suspended during stays to preserve your peace and quiet.
