The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and comfortably furnished.

A well-equipped separate kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare your own large and small meals. The bathroom with shower is bright and modern. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV and radio / CD. There are two cozy bedrooms.

In the garden can be found directly at the house both the car parking spaces and several seating areas with table and chairs. Bicycles can be parked at the house.

Sehr große zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist top, sehr groß und geräumig, sehr zentral gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand oder Hafen, um die Ecke befindet sich der Molli-Bahnhof und sämtliche Restaurants und Cafés, Bäckereien, Supermarkt User Ganz toll für Familien mit Kindern, da kurze Wege, Erdgeschoss und der Molli fährt hinterm Haus entlang ( stört überhaupt nicht und ist für Kinder ein Abenteuer). Einziger Punktabzug: Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Toilette und Bad waren ok, aber ansonsten darf man nicht so genau hinschauen. Gerade im Corona-Zeiten und da es eine Reinigungsfirma übernimmt, haben wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet für den Preis. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen und Kühlungsborn hat wirklich sehr viel zu bieten. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen ☺️

Objekt in guter Lage, Service mit Reserven

Wir reisten mit 2 Erw., 2 Teenagern und 1 Hund für 1 Woche im Herbst. Freundlicher und gut erreichbarer Vermieter, Buchungsvorgang etwas chaotisch ( zunächst falsche Objektunterlagen und auch bei Anreise wieder in falschem Objekt zugeordnet), Grösse/ Zuschnitt der FeWo ( im Erdgeschoss ) für 4 Pers. gut ausreichend. Im Haus noch zwei weitere FeWo's. Sauberkeit war allerdings deutlich unter Erwartung ( auch nach zweiter "Reinigung" am Folgetag...), Möblierung/ Ausstattung gut, einzig Betten und Matrazen bereits recht durchgelegen. Lage zw. Eisenbahngleis ( Molli) und einer gut befahrenen Strasse zentral. Ortszentrum, Versorgung ( Edeka, Bäcker, Gastronomie) und Strand in wenigen Gehminiuten erreichbar. Parkplatz Auto direkt am Haus.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe passte für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Sie war sauber, bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet... Die Organisation war perfekt: bei der Buchung, bei Abklärung von Details, beim Ein- und Auschecken - alles sehr gut und freundlich. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Fernbedienung und einigen Lampen - sie wurden sofort am gleichen Tag gelöst. Die Gegend ist super schön, zum Wandern, zum Baden, zum Flanieren, zur Stadtbesichtigung, viele Restaurants und Cafes - wir haben sowohl bei gutem als auch beim schlechten Wetter immer interessante Programme gefunden. Kurz zusammengefasst - wir würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen, sowohl in die Wohnung als auch in die Gegend.
