This is the second time we've stayed here. It's such an amazing place from the pool, to the apt. Downstairs, to the beach right next door its got everything covered! Always an amazing time! Close to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and downtown Rincon minutes away. Love it!! Will be back again

Amazing stay

The listing does not do this place justice. Steps from the beach with a great pool. We loved our stay here!

We loved our stay. Pool right out the door was awesome. We were just a few steps from the beach.

We would definitely stay again. Our host even came to get us propane for the grill when we ran out.

Beautiful house and location!

Great location with ocean view and beach right next to house. Pool was great and had ample lounge chairs and plenty of sun and shade options. So nice that beach chairs and umbrellas were also available! Would definitely stay here again!

Best location of Rincon

Great house in front of the best beach of Rincon. The house is perfect for a family with small children because if they get tire of the beach they can go to the pool.

DeJesus family vacation

I am so glad we chose this house to stay at for our vacation. The property was very clean and comfortable. The fact that it had a pool and was only steps from the beach was great. The kids had so much fun. The owners were very thoughtful and gracious.

Another wonderful trip to RIncon

Very nice, well equipped home (2 separate apartments), with direct access to a small beach and a short drive to several other beaches, shopping, restaurants. And a very nice pool. Hope to return next year.

Nice, relaxing vacation stay

It was a very nice place with all that we needed to relax and be comfortable. We were disappointed that the washer and dryer were not working as we had planned to be able to use it. All in all it was a great place with a great location.

Wonderful family retreat

Great location, steps from the beach. Pool was very clean and lots of toys available. House is updated, clean, well stocked with just about everything you’d need. Outdoor shower is really nice to rinse off the sand too. The lower level apartment worked really well for grandparents to have their own space. Would highly recommend this property.

Great to revisit an old friend

We enjoyed the visit immensely and it was our 2nd stay there. The upgrades to the kitchen and master bedroom shutters are a huge improvement. Recommend for folks looking for a swimming beach vs the surfing beach. Roll out the door for a dip and then drive down for a surf session later.

Loved it

We loved staying here. It was a first family vacation for a group of food lovers. I was not expecting the house to be so well stocked, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. I loved the proximity to the little beach and the privacy that we enjoyed. It was perfect. The kids had a blast. I’d love to come back.

Wonderful house

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space to move around, close to a quiet beach. The view was a little messed up with the destroyed homes blocking the ocean. It was sad to see them like that.

Amazing location and view

this please was perfect, great host, communication on point, the location was spectacular, very spacious. I wish the rooster did not start at 6am but honestly its not that bad, the pool is great for kids and you have access to a private beach. The kitchen's are huge so we cooked breakfast each day. The place is super face , fenced in with a gate and has space for 2 cars. The place has beach chairs and floats for the pool its really a gem

Great Place

This place was perfect for our first time in Puerto Rico. We had a couple and our family of 4. The couple stayed on first floor that had one bedroom and their own kitchen and bath and our family stayed on second floor. The place was clean and had everything we needed and we loved the pool area. Perfect for everyone in the pool and sitting area right there. We enjoyed the basketball hoop by the pool and were just steps away from the beach. There was restaurants and grocery store very near. The place seems pretty private with trees and shrubs on the fence line. It was great!!
