Great vacation home. Loved all the amenities and the location. Would probably book my next stay at the outer banks at the same location. House had everything we were looking for and had a great layout for the rooms. Loved the pool table and foosball.

Great property

Our extended family of 16 found the property to be enjoyable. The privacy, beautiful view, and easy walk to the beach were additional pluses. The back decks and pool area were very private. The preserve aspect in the back gave us a unique experience to view coastal vegetation and wildlife.

Big house in a quiet area

Plenty of bedrooms and open space. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The furniture is very comfortable, and there were several good sized TVs. The decks are all disconnected, amd the pool is on the smaller side, but still big enough for several people to have a good time. Access to the beach was close, and the location was nice and quiet.

House is deceivingly big on the inside! Lots of room for everyone to come together or stay apart. Was a bit of a walk to/from the beach. The house is located between 2 public accesses. Was a good house overall though.

Family beach week

The house was perfect for me and my grown children and their families. Plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together. The pool table was a hit. The proximity of the pool and hot tub was also good for small groups to spend time. Beach access is easy with no stairs at either of the 2 very close access points. We've vacationed in the Nags Head area for the past 30 years. As my 5 children have grown to adulthood and started families, our house requirements have changed. This was the first year that I didn't rent from the same local real estate company due to availability. I'm glad I found this house on VRBO, and will check again next year.

Disrepair

This home needs a remodel. There are old dirty sofas just put in hallways and the master instead of the dump. The master closet was full of broken stuff. The housr was dirty and needs painting.The living room chairs were so broken down they were unusable. I had to clean toilets and pool area mysrlf. The grill and outdoor shower area are were covered in green mildee. Trash was left in carport grom previous renters a it smelled terribe. The house cutter is also disconnected and under the car port. I would not rent this house again and was embarrassed that i rented for the week for my family.

Beautiful house!!! Plenty of room for the whole family!!! Lots of space and we loved the game room, pool and hot tub. Very close to the beach. Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable house!!!!

We had an amazing family vacation here. The property was spacious, well-equipped, and gave everyone plenty of room to relax. It truly had everything we needed for a great week—we'd love to stay here again!
