OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions due to a salt air environment. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech / company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed

The house was recently updated. The inside is very nice. Not luxury or high-end, but comfortable. The outside landscaping needed to be maintained. Which would be an easy clean up. We had inconvenience with the kitchen faucet, hot water, and empty propane tank on the grill. The faucet and the hot water were not able to be corrected during our stay. The rental company was friendly and of average responsiveness. We email/called 4 times. The location is perfect! This is the reason we will return.
