A lovely two bedroom - brand new!

This is a beautifully decorated Two bedroom one bath home in lovely neighborhood close to Newport Beach. It was clean as a whistle, in fact, We may have been the first renters As several of the pieces of furniture and decor still had price tags on them. It has a lush, private backyard for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The only downside is that it has no dishwasher and the microwave wasn’t working. The owner was very easy to work with.

Comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this Costa Mesa property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Decorated well with comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and available throughout our stay! Would absolutely come back.

Weekend getaway

Easy check in process. The home was clean and well-appointed. Patricia thought of everything! From the basket of snacks as you walk in, to the slippers and robes in the closet. The backyard patio was a nice added bonus. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making our stay very comfortable. We stay at a lot of rental properties and this by far was one of the best, in terms of thoughtfulness for their guests. Pros: -we loved how the cleaning supplies and broom, etc were accessible so that we could tidy up each day. Many homes have that locked in a closet, unable to use. - plenty of towels to use , just in case. -bag of ice ready to use in the freezer -accessibility to washer and dryer -A/C units in the home. It got toasty! (Batteries needed for the extra remote) -beautiful, safe neighborhood -large king bed in main suite Cons: -full-size beds (as opposed to queen) are just small enough to be glorified twin size. Unless two small toddlers are using them, the beds really fit just one (teen in our case) comfortably. It was definitely cozy for my 3 average-sized teen girls. I should have looked more closely at bed sizes😀 -I wish the family room area were more inviting and TV were more easy to use. Good thing we spent 90% of our day out of the house, but would have enjoyed a little more relaxing area to gather and unwind. We just used our beds. Thank you Patricia!

Convenient & secluded location

This was the perfect choice for our stay. We had friends and family living within 5 blocks which made it easy to visit. Located close to stores, minutes from the beach with easy access to the freeways. The unit was nicely appointed and the kitchen had everything necessary to cook simple meals. There were plenty of super soft towels, a great shower and the outside patio was nice for relaxing between adventures. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to explore Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. You can be a tourist and live like the locals!
