We stayed as family of four, so plenty of space. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Had every tool we need to cook nice dinner for a few nights. Very pretty quiet area only 5 min from Edgartown by car. Strong WiFi.

This is a great property! We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens and there was plenty of space. The large dining table and kitchen made for a perfect gathering spot all week. Beds are very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood in a location that is a reasonable drive everywhere. Easy bike ride to Edgartown. Beaches are close by too. Highly recommend.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Easy 2 mile bike ride to the beach with the kids and an equal ride to town. Bit far to walk but we enjoyed the bike rides. Also easy to get an uber any time a bike ride was not wanted. Also the morning glory farm is incredible. Highly recommend checking it out early and often.

A piece of peace!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It was close to all the action but far enough to not hear a peep. Morning walks to the MG farm for fresh produce and bread was amazing. The house is set up for families who love to cook, eat and relax. We had plenty of cookware and storage for all our food needs. Gordon was also amazing to work with and his communication was perfect. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Fabulous listing in MV

Gordon’s house is in a private, somewhat secluded development, on the outskirts of Edgartown with easy driving/biking access to the town, South Beach and the up-island roads. The house is very roomy and accommodated our family of six comfortably. The décor is rustic with lots of interesting antique furnishings, but the appliances, utilities, and bathrooms are very modern and first-rate. The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning units more than adequate to handle the severe heat wave we were experiencing. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the tools needed to satisfy our “foodie” family. Gordon also provides plenty of towels for bath and beach, and all the beach equipment you could possibly imagine. The backyard has a fire pit and grill, and there are excellent tennis courts walking distance from the house. Basically all you need to bring is food and sunscreen. The place is spotless, and you will want to leave it that way out of appreciation for a great property. Most importantly, Gordon was wonderful to work with, always responsive in a timely fashion both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this listing and hope to return next year!

Family friendly in an ideal location!

House was clean with plenty of updates! Family friendly as we traveled with our four kids, had everything we needed and more! The back deck was ideal for post beach dinners! Working and communicating with Gordon, the home owner was easy and fast! The house is close to downtown Edgartown and our favorite South beach! Would definitely stay again!
