I grew up and lived most of my life in Minnesota. I purchased my first property in Hilton Head in 2013 after vacationing here for the first time. I decided that this is where I eventually wanted to live full-time. After having my daughter in 2017, we ran out of space at our condo, so we purchased a single family home in North Forest Beach for us and our 2 littles fur-babies. We have recently added several properties to rent out which allows others to fall in love with this beautiful island as well!
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and am currently licensed in both Minnesota and South Carolina. I love the real estate industry and all of the opportunities that owning property provides. It is fun to help others find their slice of heaven here in Hilton Head to use as their forever home, as a 2nd home, or as a rental/investment property.

What makes this property unique
This beautiful complex, Forest Gardens, is a gem nestled in live oaks, convenient to the beach, Sea Pines, and all of the area's restaurants and shopping, including Coligny Plaza. Getting on Cordillo Pkwy helps to avoid the busy North and South Forest Beach Drive areas to go golfing, exploring the island, or go boating in this slice of paradise. Otherwise just relax and walk or bike to everything including the nearby fabulous Celebration Park filled with open spaces, kid play areas, workout stations, and many festivals & music.
