This house was a wonderful place for my large family to come together for a visit. The arcade room was so much fun, the outside area was perfect for enjoying CA weather, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a fantastic stay and will remember this house for our next visit to CA.

We had a great stay! The house is gorgeous and comfortably fit our group of seven. The pool and hot tub were both fantastic and made the trip even better. We had a couple small issues, but the host responded quickly and everything was taken care of right away. The property is very secluded and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home for families.

Eleven members of my family stayed here to attend a wedding, and it worked out beautifully. Everyone had a comfortable room, and the pool and game room were especially enjoyed by the kids. There were plenty of pool and regular towels for all, and the kitchen had everything needed for making meals, all nicely stowed away and labeled. The host was especially good about responding to questions immediately. Highly recommend.

This home provided the best atmosphere for our family gathering this summer. With 6 adults and 4 children there was plenty of sleeping accommodations, several dining areas indoor and out and multiple activity options that kept everyone entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 9 (5 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens) had a fabulous stay July 2025. The house set-up was perfect for our group and the pictures accurately reflect the house. It was a little bit of paradise during our weeklong stay. Highly recommend!The hosts were very response before and during our stay.

Enjoyable Family Vacation Spot

Property was great and perfect size for our family. The pool area was well stocked and hottub easy to heat up. The only downside was that the BBQ was very weak and not effective enough to use regularly, and there is also a small rodent problem as we saw mice outside during dinner several times.

Hi Adam, you guys used all the propane, just needed to be replaced. Next to it we had 3 new tanks. Bbq works great and has no issue. Tested multiple times after putting on new tank. Thanks for staying with us. Next time I encourage anyone to reach out instead of just leave a 4 star review without giving us the opportunity to look at it and remedy the situation. Lots of time it basic user error.

Fabulous weekend stay!

Property was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and fun! There was something for everyone of all ages for our extended family stay! The house was well appointed - all items we needed were there and easily gound with thoughtful labeling on cabinets and drawers. Overall excellent property! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Awesome house, great hosts

We had a great stay. The backyard was awesome, kids loved the game room, and the hosts were very responsive for a few small issues that came up during our stay (very minor, busted sprinkler head once interrupted a ping pong game. Hosts turned off sprinkler remotely). Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, fire pits and games to suit all.

Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating inside and around the pool. Fire pits were great. Pool was warm without heating. The views from the patio and pool area were nice. Our families had a wonderful time.

Another great time at one of Mo's Properties. This one was perfectly located near the center of Vista which we absolutely loved. Such a cool little town with great food and very close to Carlsbad and the water. Mo as always was an amazing host taking care of everything we needed in the house. He was super fast to address and issues and answer any questions as always. The house was very nice inside and the ppol and hot tub were great. This property was not quite as nice as the Escondido property we stayed at last time but it was less expensive and as noted Mo provided the same top notch service we have come to expect from him.

Great pool house

House was clean, nice and pictures were accurate. Pool was spacious with powerful heater. We were swimming at 7am with 43 degree temps! Quick responses from property owner too. Thanks!

Peaceful and Beautiful

My family (11 of us) reunited after 5 years at this lovely home. The home was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the playroom. We had lovely evenings by the fire pit and wonderful days in the pool. Drives were easy to local spots — Balboa Park, parasailing, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very Merry Christmas

3 families of children and grandchildren (11 in all) spent 4 nights over Christmas and had a delightful time. At one time, I looked around and saw members of the family participating in 5 different activities--pool, hottub, horseshoes, pingpong and cornhole game and I'm sure someone was in the game room also. Convenient location for holiday needs--Frazier's, etc. We'll be back.

Spacious with tons of activities

We had a lot of different ages (3-75) and everyone loved the property! The views were amazing and the ping pong, game room, pool/hot tub, horse shoe pit, fire pits (I can’t even list all of the amenities) gave everyone opportunities to spend time together (or apart if that’s what someone needed). The house is starting to see a little ware, but that didn’t affect our delight with the property or the owners. They were very responsive to our needs, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay with extended family

We had a great stay - the game room was fun for all ages, the house had everything we needed and more! The pool wasn't super warm but the kids didn't care and they enjoyed the hot tub when cold. No major complaints from us and we would definitely come back! Some surprise findings that we want to share for others - keurig + drip coffee pot (filters provided), pack n play and high chair, plenty of kitchen necessities like cooking oil, spices, etc; extra fridge in garage/game room; plenty of pool towels, pool beach balls + tubes; select sand toys; some puzzles, huge pantry for your food, plenty of storage for suitcases and drawers + hangers in closets for clothing storage

House is great. Fixture fell in entry way which concerned us. However, inside and outside were amazing. Pool was to cold to use and it’s cost money to heat.. that was the only downside Everything else was perfect

Great home!

The house is absolutely perfect for large groups and being entertained. We had a fairly large group that included kids and everyone thought the house was perfect. From the game room, to the pool/spa options, yard games, fire pit, conversational gatherings around large tables, kitchen amenities and so much more. Some random issues arose but were easily navigated. Mo was readily available and super helpful. The one and only negative would be the cleanliness of some of some of the bathrooms. Everything else was very clean so it could have been a one time overlook.

Spectacular

908 Valley Drive in Vista, is a great vacation home. From the time we stepped on the property to the day of leaving, we have enjoyed every moment. The home was beautiful and spacious and there was so much we did at the home, tat we didn't want to go on all of our away from the trips. Some things that really stood out to me was 1, the WIFI. I was so impressed with the WIFI. No one had any trouble logging on and the WIFI was strong and support all of our devices along with the devices of the home. 2, the AC was great. We had some hot days there and the AC blew nice cool air everytime we wanted it. 3, The Kitchen, the kitchen was stock with every possile thing we could need, from spices to pots, pans and dishes.. It was a great time, a great home, and I think I will VRBO that home again.
