Wonderful stay in Galveston!

We really enjoyed our time spent at this rental. The house was beautiful and the location worked out perfectly for us. Would stay here again if back in the area.

The property was huge, plenty of room for everyone. Clean and spacious. We all agreed that the quality of paper products did not match the quality of the house. Kitchen needed a spatula. Just a suggestion...could use a hammock underneath.

The house was very clean. The location was great, very short walk to the beach. Views of the beach were great from the living room and the balcony, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a drink or coffee taking in the view. Overall was a great stay

Beautiful House!

We would definitely stay here again! The house is beautiful and roomy. We loved the big dining table to eat and play games! This house is one tier over from the beach so a very short walk to get there. Plenty of room for 2 big families!

What an awesome beach house!

Two families escaped Houston for a long weekend and stayed at the Salty Blue Mermaid. From the minute we arrived everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. The house felt brand new and extremely clean. Three King bedrooms and a large bunk room was perfect for our group and could even add a third couple comfortably. Short walk (minute or two) to beach access with beautiful views from the porch. We hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect beach getaway

Our group of teachers truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is beautiful! Everything was as picture, or better! Four full baths is a feature we appreciated, and don’t often come across. The beach entrance was about 4 houses down, so we could walk back and forth to the house as needed. We will definitely put this home on the top of our list for our next Galveston getaway!

Christmas vacation with my adult kids and their families.

Great property. Second row, but great balcony porch and a nice view of the Gulf. No direct access to the beach, but just a very short walk to be there. Had everything we needed. Only con was that the noise insulation wasn't great, so kids were a little hard to get to sleep when the adults were staying up. Enjoyed the stay.

Clean beautiful house. Loved the open floor plan. The kids loved the bunkbeds. I loved my king size beds. This house was perfect for our large family. Conveniently located to a gas station and grocery store. We were able to walk to the beach and we all thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the second floor patio in the cool evening summer breeze. Loved it! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We hope to be back again in the future.

Family Fun Weekend

We had an amazing weekend! The house was perfect! Love how open the kitchen and living area were. Having a bathroom in each room made it so much easier for everyone. The beach was a short walk from the house. My only suggestion would be to bring extra TP. We had to buy some at the store down the road and it was a little pricy. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

New house with anything you could need. Spacious, light, stylish, comfortable beds, furniture, and outdoor seating. Climbing stairs with luggage and ice chests was hard for us since we’re all over 60. But we made it. Easy walk to beach and the private street also good for walking. Ready to come. Ack next year.
