The community pool is heated during select weeks (typically holidays & spring break). Message us anytime to confirm availability.

⚠️ Important Notes (Transparency = Better Stays)
▪️Minimum booking age: 25 (booking guest must stay)
▪️No pets / no smoking
▪️3 Security Cameras onsite - front door, back porch facing the yard, and garage. Any tampering with (unplugging, covering, and/or other actions that disable them) of cameras will result in immediate cancellation and eviction from the home without any refunds.
Quiet hours respected: 9PM to 9AM

The following must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled:

*Must sign rental agreement

*Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

*Must upload government issued photo ID and the name must match the name on the rental agreement and credit card submitted for the security hold.

No 3rd party bookings (someone booking for someone else); any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

NOTE - this is our home and we have zero tolerance for any type of partying, horseplay, loud music/noises, underage drinking, inappropriate/disrespectful behavior, house rule violations, etc. If you cannot respect our home and our house rules, this is not the place for you. Any evidence of the above and your reservation will be immediately cancelled, immediate eviction will occur, and no refund will be provided. The security deposit will also be forfeited.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART; YOU ARE WELCOME TO RENT ONE FROM A RENTAL COMPANY DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A LIFTED GOLF CART AS IT WILL LIKELY NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE.

Perfect location in the heart of Destin

We had a blast at Deja Blue! The property was clean and spacious for our family. The check in process was seamless and Kate was so generous and left us hot coco for our families to enjoy during the holidays. We loved the arcade games that greeted you at the door. The location is great as it is just a couple blocks from the beach and across the street from the commons. Could not recommend this property more!

Perfect House and Location

This house was made for our two family stay - we had 9 people total. We had older teens that stayed in the two lower level rooms and the adults in the rooms upstairs. The game consoles were constantly used. Loved that the balcony overlooks the pool - the kids could be supervised from there.The added use of pool and beach supplies was great too. The wagon was loaded and rolled easily over sand too! It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the public beach area, but it was nice since there were bathrooms and showers to use.We could walk to many restaurants and there is a mall close too. It was a great location for our first time visiting Destin.

Wonderfully Excellent

I was pleasantly surprised walking in - in most cases you never know what you're going to get. The place was EXACTLY like the pictures - clean, spacious, cozy and close to the beach. They literally have everything there for you - beach stuff, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cookware, the advertised amount of bedrooms... h*ll even the seasoning if you decided to cook. Overall the contact and attentiveness from Kate was superb...we came down for a cousins trip/getaway and would book this place again without hesitation. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Book away this place is definitely as advertised!

Going above and beyond

Kate and her team have gone above and beyond to make our stay the very best experience. Their home was tastefully decorated but more importantly it was warm and inviting. Their home is so well taken care of & the level of detail they put in did not go unnoticed. They don't just rent their house, they take the job hosting you seriously. We felt cared for while staying and all of our needs were exceeded. The care and consideration of their guests is so refreshing. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and comfortable stay

The townhome was spacious and comfortable. Our family of five were very happy with our stay. Kate was super responsive to any questions we had. The beach cart, umbrella and chairs were great. We stayed 5 nights and had plenty of time to paper and paper towels. Everything you need to make meals is here!!! The unit is literally across the street and the street in in the complex so not crossing a y busy streets. Right across the way is Destin Commons so it is really convenient!! You will not be sorry if you rent this unit!

Great Family Stay

Beautiful property, clean, had everything we could have possibly needed for meal prep and stay, including beach and pool items. Had 3 teens, 1 child, and 4 parents and all were plenty comfortable. The Good: The Garage- if you travel w/ toys, this is so convenient and a must! (golf carts, jet skis, etc) Super easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, Destin Pier & Boardwalk areas Well stocked kitchen w/ all the appliances we have at home Didn’t need to bring any beach stuff, unit had 4 chairs, umbrellas, cart, xtra towels and pool floaties The host is very accommodating, checks in on you to be sure everything is as expected and responds to emails almost immediately The Less-than-Perfect: Nothing was bad to list but should note 😊 The parking spaces are tight! If your vehicle is longer than a crew cab short bed F150 (2015) it will not fit- 3 inches from building left almost the whole front bumper still in the street The beach is walkable but it is a bit of a hike and you have to go down a ways because the resort at the closest access has the entire front row set up w/ their chairs/umbrellas (seemed to be plenty of parking if drive down though) Golf carts reign supreme for this! Being geared towards families, one of the secondary bedrooms would probably be better suited as 2 twin beds or as a bunk room for the kiddos instead of 2 Kings and 2 Queen beds If you go on a peak/Holiday weekend, be prepared to cook or go out really early as everything everywhere is packed w/ long waits and bring a few grocery items or things you need from elsewhere since the grocery stores have a hard time keeping things on shelves w/ the huge crowds

Family Vacation

The townhouse was very cute, clean! Pool was located right in front of the townhouse, super convenient! If your walking to the beach with a load (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler etc.) It is a bit of a walk once you factor in finding a spot to set up on the beach. Kate did have access to a wagon for us to lug our stuff to the beach which was nice. Neighborhood seemed safe when walking! I would deff book again!
