Multiple balconies (including one attached to each bedroom) make this a fun spot to relax. Enjoy the breeze, or stay cool inside in central air conditioning. The extensive full kitchen includes a prep island and counter space galore to assist in making meals for the whole group. If someone needs to complete remote assignments, the living room's full desk workspace will give them space to focus. Enjoy one of the provided board games in the living room at the end of the day, or wind down with ease in the main bathroom's jetted tub. You'll find a favorite space to relax here.

Our tropical paradise has a charismatic feeling of an old town fishing village with many of its homes on waterfront property. It is located minutes away from Boca Grande and the Gulf of Mexico. The Landings sits on forty acres with 27 buildings and 132 townhomes. Our gated entrance with an electronic entry system adds security to our prestigious community. Our community is surrounded by lush landscaping with a Clubhouse, library, fitness room, resort-style pool, sun deck with a separate whirlpool spa, and a boardwalk to our dock with a custom kayak launch. Each residence has three floors with an elevator to take you between floors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
