Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom waterfront Englewood house retreat with a canal leading right out to Lemon Bay. This home has been fully remodeled from floor to ceiling, everything is new from plumbing, electric, AC, and full interior. The space features a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a king size bed upon request) , perfect for families or groups of 6. With two bathrooms, including showers, towels and hair dryers, guests can enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The house stays cool with air conditioning, making it a fantastic spot to relax after a day of exploring. Watch the beautiful sunset right out in the back yard. You are within a 5 minute walk to downtown Dearborn Street where you can enjoy coffee houses, restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and live entertainment. There is an amazing farmers market every Thursday during October through April and many festivals throughout the season. The beaches are a short 5 - 10 minute drive away, depending on which one you choose, there are 3 beaches in Englewood. You can also put your boat in and out of the water at Indian Mound Park which is a 2 minute drive (literally right around the corner) from the home and the property has plenty of space for boat trailer parking. Our property leads you out to Lemon Bay then a short boat ride to the beaches on the Gulf. West coast of Florida living at its best. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous home offers a welcoming vibe. Fall in love with Englewood and enjoy the small town magic it has to offer.

*Unfortunately due to the long permitting process our new dock and seawall are not done yet. We are planning on completing this project through April 2026 so as of right now that area is off limits. You are still able to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets and Indian mound park is around the corner for boat launching into beautiful Lemon Bay.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is collected on Fridays, please bring recycling and garbage to the street
Please place the AC on 79 degrees when checking out of the house.
Garage and shed for owner use only, seawall and dock un-usable until repaired
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
no use of seawall, due to under construction use the paddle board at your own risk
