Enjoy life from away in our peaceful Movie Colony East retreat! Each space in our home has been designed to engage our guests and provide a unique escape for the senses. Enjoy days by the pool/spa and evenings curled up next to our front yard fire pit as the sun retreats behind the majestic San Jacinto mountains. A 240 volt outlet is available to charge your electric vehicle in our solar powered home. Spa heat is included in listed price; pool temperature of your choice (betweeen 85-90 F) is included in the listed price. This stylish gem is located about a mile from the restaurants and nightlife on Palm Canyon.

This property is clean and very well appoi ted. It was just my wife and I staying here.The host was a pleasure to work with and they also added some communications personalized just for our needs.The property is in a great neighborhood and is just a 1/2 mile from downtown Palm Springs.The renovation to this property is very modern while still featuring all of the mid-century modern feel of the house and neighborhood. We would highly recommend this property. We will be staying here again.

We have never been treated better as a VRBO guest. The owners treated us like royalty. We arrived to find a vase of beautiful flowers and a hand written welcome note and 2 bowls of snacks and a fridge filled with water. Also the yoga mat and pool noodle and coffee and cream I requested. Evan and Sarah were professional and classy hosts. Wonderful experience!

Palm Springs Oasis

In the middle of the desert, we found a beautiful house that offers everything. This two bedroom, two bath home is clean, spacious, and very comfortable for two or a family of four. The decor is very modern and you can eat inside by the kitchen or outside by the pool and spa, depending upon your mood. The home is very nicely decorated with great sight lines of the mountains outside your front window. Located in the picturesque Movie Colony East neighborhood, this home is just a 1 mile walk to downtown restaurants or half a mile to Ruth Hardy Park with 8 tennis courts. And it’s just a five minute walk to Frank Sinatra’s house, so you are well situated. Check-in was easy and seamless and our entire experience was wonderful in every way. We hope to return next year to this beautiful oasis in the desert.

Amazing in every aspect!

We can't say enough positive things about our stay here. It's beautifully renovated inside and out, super clean and has amazing multiple outdoor areas that we thoroughly enjoyed (a lounge area, comfortable sitting areas with tables, a separate area with a fire pit, shady areas if we had too much sun.) Outdoor space is also private and well protected so wind wasn't a problem either. Inside is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with a consideration for eco-friendly products. The bathrooms and bedrooms are gorgeous. Really nothing to complain about. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
