Located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house, the accommodation comprises three comfortable bedrooms with: 2 double beds of 140 cm, 1 queen size bed of 160 cm and 1 comfortable convertible chaise longue of 150x200 cm. A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room: induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a SENSEO pod coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, whisk and electric chopper, blender, ...). A lounge (Wi-Fi but no TV), two bathrooms with complete toilets complete the rental.

For your comfort, you also have a washing machine, two hair dryers, a covered and secure bike storage area.

The furnished accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and our animal friends are not admitted.

The accommodation is equipped with a WI-FI connection but no television.

The accommodation is non-smoking and parties and events are not allowed.



Household linen is offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort level. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.



Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card at the time of final payment. This amount will not be charged and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided that no damage has been found.
