Charming Cape style home featuring large deck with panoramic views of Martha's Vineyard Sound. Perfect for big families. Living and dining areas with water view, three bedrooms have water views, outdoor dining table, gas grill, W/D, Smart TV for your streaming apps. Steps to our own beach and an association beach. All linens included; fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and games.
Two miles to ferry for easy day trips to Martha's Vineyard. Nearby : Shining Sea Bike path, Woods Hole Aquarium, golf at many public courses, 2 miles to tennis, walk to Green Pond Marina.

Beautiful house and location! Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the Cape. Beach is gorgeous and so close. Hosts were great at communicating and kept us updated on the renovations which look amazing! Would come back in a heart beat.

Great spot for our family vacation

What a wonderful spot for us to enjoy each other’s company. Comfortable beds, lovely linens, a wonderful deck to enjoy early morning or end of day as the sun sets. What a beautiful view! And so quiet. We all hope to come back again next year

Nice oceanside getaway

Kimberly & Joe' made this last minute getaway very easy to book. The property was just as it look in the listing. We had a nice quiet week.

Highly recommend!

Such a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood with friendly people, not far from shops and restaurants, but the best part was the private beach which we all enjoyed every day. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location. Great for kids

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful and steps from the beach. It was perfect for having 4 kids under 4 with us. Lots of toys and other things we needed were available to use. The bed rooms had enough space for all 8 of us as well. We had a great stay.

Still reeling over our visit

We had an amazing time at Joe and Kim's property. Everything was just as described but the VIEW was 10x better than expected. The private beach was perfect for us and even allowed our small pup! Thank you for a beautiful stay and for allowing my family to make everlasting memories, we're truly grateful.

This was a great house that our family used to attend a wedding in Falmouth. The property manager checked in to be sure we had everything needed and responded immediately when we had a question. I would definitely recommend!

Love this property

Gorgeous views of ocean inside and outside of this home. Neighborhood is beautiful. We had great weather for October but did not go swimming. The beach is just steps from the house. Great deck. Comfortable house. Upstairs bedrooms have 3 sides of windows and views with great air circulation. Outdoor shower with good water pressure. Close to good seafood restaurants and golf courses. Very functional kitchen. Nice deck with views. Additional beaches close by as well as a dog park. Family of 6 adults plus dog had a great time. Martha’s Vineyard is across the water. Winery and brew pub close.

Enchanted Cottage

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely cottage. It is charming, comfortable, clean, and restful. The ocean breeze through open windows allows you the best sleep ever! The location is perfect. A few steps from a magnificent beach. A short drive into town. A short walk to other beaches. The view is breathtaking!

Owner was terrific to work with. Best location and beautiful views. Has everything you need for family vacation. Beds extremely comfortable and large bedrooms. Only downside is outdated small kitchen but we made it work. Love it and would go back.

Amazing Property

This is my first time renting through VRBO. Everything went very smoothly. The property was even better than described online. The view was amazing and everything detail was perfect, right down to the flowers in the window boxes. Joe was very responsive to my texts and available if we needed him. The second floor did get a bit warm without air conditioning, but it cooled down quickly at night with the windows open. Joe also provided several fans. My only real complaint Is that we did not stay longer. I cannot wait to come back here.

Great spot for families!

We loved this house! If you have infants, they had a crib, changing table, bouncy chair, toys and lots of beach supplies! Unfortunately, they were repairing the sea wall when we were there and the trucks definitely shook the house. The weather was pretty gray while we were there too so beach time was limited but it's only a few steps to a small private beach! It wasn't incredibly accessible for my father in law who uses a walker but overall the house was perfect for us! It is close to down town and other fun attractions! I would recommend and would stay again, with the hopes to catch more time on the beach! Thanks so much Joe for a beautiful spot to vacation with.
