Everything was just as it was listed. I notified him when I was 20 minutes out and he was there waiting on me in the lobby. The view from the king bed and balcony is amazing! We decided to stay an extra night and there was a 5 night minimum but I text him and he said not a problem and extended our stay for one night! Excellent experience overall and will definitely be coming back.

If you plan on doing your own cooking bring some of your own utensils and a few pans. No keurig so bring ground coffee. Go through condo and repot any problems promptly.

Sam is a great host, property was much better than expected. Amenities are above spectacular, views are absolutely stunning. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book SW26 from Sam. Having a dedicated parking space is great as well.
