Comfortable and charming house in a great location, within walking distance to stores, restaurants and water. Rugs and some furnishings show wear and tear but overall very nice. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We would return!

It was near all the fun shopping and boating ,less than a mile down the street to all the shops and restaurants, bars and boating to the castle. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice and cozy. We had a nice dinner in the dining room one night. Keurig for coffee was wonderful. We really had a nice fall weekend. Ashley is a great host. Got right back to me for my questions

Overall, this was a great location for kids and family to explore the 1000 Islands, in any direction. The fact we could walk to many restaurants, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park on the river was a definite plus!We could have used better lighting in the kitchen at night and a lamp and waste basket in the smaller third bedroom, but everything else was great.I left a beloved baseball hat behind, and the owner, Ashley was very kind in offering to send it to me!Thank you so much to the owners!

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation in Alex Bay! The house was big enough for our dog kennel and the yard was great for him to run on a tether. It was within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and boat docks. From the lookout point you could see Bolt Castle. It was perfect!

The house was very clean and the owner was great about answering my questions. The location was ideal! We were able to walk to everything. The only issues involved the porch door which didn’t fully open and the porch steps which need replacement. I would stay here again.
