Large, comfortable villa "Petra Rossa". In the hamlet Costa Paradiso, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 3'400 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 17.Oct.). Motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Vignola mare 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Santa Teresa 38 m, Alghero 107 m. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
7-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 3 showers/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fantastisch huis

Prima huis en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. We hebben met 6 mannen genoten van het prachtige uitzicht over zee vanuit het schitterende zwembad. Ook de vele stranden en horeca bezocht zelfs eind september nog heerlijk weer voor een duik in zee.

Es sollten vielleicht mehr Geschirrtücher im Haus zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Pool wird oft gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt was bisschen unvorteilhaft mit Hund war da wir öfters Wildschweinbesuch hatten.

Vi var ti personer og havde god plads. Huset har en god rumfordeling med 2 x 3 værelser og ialt 3 badeværelser. Huset fremstår dog lidt slidt med, flere små fejl og mangler, men vi har et godt ophold.

Fantastisches Anwesen

Das Haus liegt in fantastischer Lage hoch über der Costa Paradiso. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr gut. Der Pool ist riesig und mit Meerblick. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Traumhafter Ausblick mit Einschränkungen im Haus

Haus liegt Abseits und überzeugt in mit herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und kann m.E. nur mit 2 Familien bezogen werden, da nur 2 Schlafräume wirklich Ehebetten beinhalten. 2 Räume haben Etagenbetten und 2 weitere haben zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Hinzu kommt, dass die Betten kürzer sind. Ich bin 1,83cm und konnte mich (mit Kissen) nicht ganz ausstrecken. 3 Sterne: Timer defekt 2d Pool nicht nutzbar, Router-Netzteil defekt, abgewohnt.

Tolles Haus für Familien

Das Haus ist besonders für zwei Familien geeignet. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Etwas störend ist zwar der Geruch im Badezimmer des südlichen Bades und die defekte Duschaufhängung. Wer Ruhe, Natur und tolle Sonnenuntergänge liebt, hat mit diesem Haus die richtige Wahl getroffen. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und es gab keine Probleme (Es gab sogar eine Siebträger-Kaffemaschine!) Wer Shoppingurlaub und Einkaufsmeilenbummel sucht,sollte sich allerdings ein Haus in einer anderen Gegend suchen.
