You've dreamed of a beach vacation on the warm, white-sand beaches of Florida, now dream it as a Pirate, at Frangista Hideaway.

This isn't your cookie cutter beach house. This is an adventure.

We have just completed an extensive 4 month renovation transforming this 4br/3ba beach home with a private pool into a luxury escape and adventure. Inspired by Nassau and the Caribbean in the early 1700's, Frangista Hideaway combines design touches of the golden years of the Pirates with high end modern luxury finishes and furnishings. This is the type of elegance and location that even the King of England would have envied.

Be careful, the bedrooms at Frangista Hideaway could cause a mutiny while picking your sleeping quarters. They include a fully themed Pirate Bunk-room with an arcade complete with 60 classic games, an oversized King master with a relaxing sitting area and private balcony, a 2nd floor Queen bedroom with a view of the ocean, and a main level King with direct pool access and Jack and Jill access to the main level full bathroom through a rustic sliding door. All bedrooms have large TV's and USB plugs next to every bed.



LOCATION:
Every good Captain knows the best place to dock, so we made sure to stop in a prime location.

Frangista Hideaway is located just 1 block from the community private gated beach access and section of beach on Scenic 98 along the Emerald Coast of Florida. Sitting just one house in you are 50 feet from the walking and bike path along Scenic 98. A coffee shop, winery, Italian restaurant, Dairy Queen, and shopping are just around the corner. All less than a two minute walk.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is a short walk to the famous Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail restaurants that sit on the beach. Grocery stores, wine outlets and the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlets with over 100 discount designer stores are close by. Abundant restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts, boutiques and assorted amusements are also minutes away at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. All the offerings of Destin, FL are just a 10 minute drive away!




THE SPACE:
MAIN FLOOR:

Living Room: Two oversized couches, Two swivel gliders, Fandelier, 70" TV.

Dining Area: Dining Table seats 10, breakfast bar seats 4. The whole crew has a seat.

Kitchen: Fully equipped chef's kitchen with GE Cafe appliances (6 burner gas cooktop with double gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and both cold and hot water dispenser, quartz countertops, USB plug ins, Keurig duo for those early mornings to catch the mesmerizing sunrise.

King Bedroom: King bed, dresser, TV, closet, ceiling fan, sliding door access the full bath on the main level.

Full Bath: Full tub with shower, full length shower niche, glass door, removable shower head. Tankless hot water heaters ensure you don't runout of hot water.

Laundry Room: Full size washer/dryer.



SECOND FLOOR:

King Master Bedroom with ensuite: King Bed, His/Her dressers, nightstands, two swivel gliders, desk and chair, ceiling fan, large TV. Private upstairs balcony off the bedroom.

Master Bedroom ensuite: Six foot fully tiled walk in shower, with footrest and removable shower head, glass door, his and her sinks and vanities, large walk in closet.

PIRATE THEMED BUNK ROOM: Engulf yourself in a bygone era. It doesn't matter if you're the Captain or a new crew member everyone is welcome. Arcade, Queen bunk bed, Full bunk bed, couch, loveseat, USB plugins, outlets, and reading light next to each bed, large TV, TONS OF DECOR (See pictures). There is jack and jill access to the private vanity and adjoining commode and shower with removable shower head and shower niche.

Queen Bedroom: Pocket door to maximize space, Queen bed, built-in dresser, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ocean view, jack and jill access to the private vanity and adjoining commode and shower with removable shower head and shower niche.



OUTSIDE:

Backyard: Large Private Pool, Pavilion with table and seating for six, six pool loungers, side tables, gas 6 burner grille, and two park style benches, outdoor shower

Extras: We provide 2 Yolo beach cruiser bicycles, 2 beach wagons, 6 beach chairs, and a cooler during your stay.

Front Porch Downstairs: Park style bench, two rocking chairs, side tables.

Upstairs Balcony off the King Master Bedroom: Two rocking chairs and side tables.



ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

POOL HEAT: Pool can be heated for $40/day. Must be purchased for the entire stay prior to arrival.

PARKING: Room for 4 vehicles.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least two days before arrival

GETTING THERE: Just follow google maps

TRASH: We need your help with housekeeping task. Please put the trash cans next to the road on Sunday and Wednesday night. Please bring the cans back to their spot by 5pm on Monday and Thursday.

CHECK IN/OUT: Sorry but we do not allow late check-outs or early check-ins. Check in is 4pm, Check out is 10am. Our cleaners are contracted and operate on a schedule. If they have to reschedule due to a late departure a $150 late check out fee will be charged for every half hour. 31 minutes counts as a full hour

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided. We provide a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and a sponge and small bottle of dish soap.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a NON SMOKING property. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee to ionize the property, plus any damages.

Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 plus an additional $200 for excess cleaning and you will be asked to leave.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $500 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance

Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries.
