Awesome Property for a Large Group

Property totally as described. Check in process was very easy. Location was great. Common area was a great place to hang out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and super convenient that each had their own bath. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again! One small suggestion would be to have a full length mirror in the house or maybe on each sleeping level. Great property!! 😊

Phenomenal Stay in Nashville

The house is very spacious and really does the trick for a group of 12+. Our group was 14 and everyone slept comfortably. You're about a 5 minute drive from a Publix Market Store, Colonial Liquors, and Hattie B's. The scooters can take you down to 12 S Avenue from the house. Getting to the downtown area isn't a hike at all. The pool table, ping pong transition, back patio, kitchen, and two large flatscreens really made this a worthwhile stay for our group. We had a small little hiccup with some lingering ants on the kitchen counter and Harley provided pest control to ensure that issue would be resolved within a few hours. Harley's communication and care are very thorough and if ever given the chance, we would be more than happy to come back and stay. All around, a great option for larger groups.

Nice clean home

It was not walking distance to Broadway in our opinion. The area was a little sketchy but we understand that. Thank you for everything. The house was perfect for this size group.

Our property is one of the few in Nashville that can give you enough space for a large group and still give you up to date modern luxury amenities. When you rent this property you get enough space for any size group!
We are less then 10 minutes to Broadways Honky Tonks, and walkable (.5 miles) to endless amount of Nashville's best restaurants in 12th South, The Gulch, Hillsboro Village and Midtown.

We also offer the unique opportunity of having a local musician come to our home and perform a private set right in your living room! Inquire about the details.
