About this property

Beachfront condo - steps to sand and surf

Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.

Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!

Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned food carts.

We have high-speed internet (fiber optic), a Smart TV for streaming (bring your Amazon Fire TV stick or equivalent), and a brand new washer/dryer. Our place has high end finishes including granite counter tops throughout and travertine tiled baths.

NOTE: New HOA rules have made our condo complex available only for families with children 12 years or older.

After you book with us, you will be contacted by our local property manager with a copy of your rental agreement, condo rules, maps, and other helpful information for your stay. Our staff will meet you on site to deliver the keys and get you settled in. There is a guide book on site with additional information (restaurants, emergency info, TV instructions).

If you don't plan on renting a car or taking the bus, we can arrange transportation from/to the airport. Would you like the kitchen stocked with groceries? We can do the shopping for you before your arrival. Special requests can be coordinated with our local team.

Great spot

Just what the family needed. Good kitchen and laundry so we could be self sufficient. Loved that the only thing separating us from the beach was the pool and hot tub. great out door shower and private sandy area with shade.

Best spot in Punta Mita

We had the best time in Punta Mita and staying at El Farito was just the best! Sam and Eloisa were great. They met us and answered all questions. The unit has everything you would need for your stay Local markets, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. We loved the pool and hot tub just steps from the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful location

Very well maintained building. Host was amazing and responded to questions for booking in a very timely manner and also was available throughout the stay. Couple items in the condo are a bit tired but overall, was more than adequate and zero complaints. Location is a plus with easy access to restaurants, groceries and we really enjoyed having morning coffee with an ocean view. Thank you very much for a wonderful month of sunshine/sand/relaxation and look forward to returning.

Ideal location for exploring and beach

This property is literally on the beach. Just step out the gate and your at the ocean. The view from the ground floor patio was the best for sun rises and whale watching. And just a hop into the beautiful pool and hot tub. It was a easy walk to all restaurants and groceries and exploring the town. There were 2 boogie boards and 2 beach chairs for your use.. well equipped kitchen and laundry

Our first time in Punta Di Mita. Loved the town and were thoroughly impressed with our condo. Big and right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Eloisa made check in and check out easy. The waves were perfect for our teenage boys to start surfing and they also kept busy walking through town with friends when not surfing. Felt safe and welcome. Will definitely be returning!!

Nice place, on the beach. Had an AC unit that was dripping a little water, So I messaged the property manager and told him they could take care of it after we left in a couple of days. They were there within an hour to fix it! Even though they didn’t need to… Great experience, great property.

Second time around and it gets better

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it.. this year was like coming home. We love this unit and its accessibility to the pool area and beach as it is on the ground floor. The unit is very clean and has all the necessities for cooking and entertainment to make your stay a memorable one. The host is very approachable and responds immediately should you need assistance with anything during your stay. This property is on the beach and right out the front gate is some of the best surfing in the area. It’s within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping. We want to stay here again in the future

The owners are family and friends and we take pride in the care and maintenance of the entire property as well as our on-site staff. We have hand picked every piece of art, paint colors, furniture, and granite.

We are a small complex of only 12 units. All the units are owned by individuals, not large corporations. Our property is on the beach.

Location! You are a short, 5-minute walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and pharmacy. Stinky's Surf School is right outside our gate on the beach.
