Bonjour, nous sommes Patrice et Mélodie, et nos deux enfants. Nous habitons en France et je suis d’origine Espagnole, avec une maison de famille de mes grands-parents à Santiago de la Ribera oú j’ai passé tous mes étés. Par chance, Patrice est tombé sous le charme de ce joli village balnéaire et de la région et nous avons partagé cet amour de Santiago et la région de Murcie à nos enfants. À l’été 2025, nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cette maison encore en construction et avons décidé de sauter le pas et de l’acheter pour y continuer notre histoire familiale. Nous adorons notre maison et espérons que vous y passerez également de jolis moments, entre confort et ergonomie des pièces et toute l’attention que nous avons porté à son aménagement pour profiter au mieux de joyeux moments en famille ou entre amis, autour de la piscine, à déguster de délicieux plats ou vins régionaux ! Je connais Santiago par cœur, et pour nous l’emplacement de la maison est le meilleur, à deux pas de la plage et des animations, tout en restant au calme d’une rue perpendiculaire à la plage. Bienvenue à notre Casa Feliz, vos vacances peuvent commencer !
