Semi-detached fisherman's cottage on the port of Gâvres, with breathtaking views of the harbor, the sea, and the boats. - On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area, offering direct access to the harbor and the rear terrace. There is also a shower room with a toilet. - On the first floor (accessible via a fairly steep staircase), a landing leads to a large, tastefully furnished bedroom with a direct view of the harbor and the sea (one queen-size bed 160x190cm). There is a separate toilet. - On the second floor (accessible via a steep staircase with child safety gates), there are two charming adjoining bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190cm and the other with a single bed 90x190cm). - Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a small private garden. There is also a shared parking space in front of the house. Property equipped with fiber optic internet. Come and discover the Gâvres peninsula and its coastal path, its large beaches, its alleys and admire the ocean from the Fort of Port Puns. From the cottage, you will be close to shops and the beach (400m). A boat will help you cross to access Port-Louis and its citadel. From here you can discover Lorient, and its interceltic festival, the Gulf of Morbihan and its treasures, Auray and its port Saint Goustan, Vannes and its historic center, or even Carnac with its alignments.
