This property was quiet and perfect for the wedding we attended at the Renolda Gardens. The best dinner we had was at "1706 Restaurant" less than a mile away, delicious, highly recommend it!!
Location was key for us as we needed to be close to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Everything was clean and in order. Would stay here again if in the area.
Just the size we needed with everything we needed. Clean, very quiet neighborhood. Great porch to sit and drink coffee or read. Very clean. Great communication with owner.. Would stay here again!
Very conveniently located for our visit with family. The area was quiet and the property is as advertised. Sherman was easy to communicate with. We hope to rebook in the future.
SO much nicer than a hotel stay! Sherman's place is eclectically decorated, quirky, charming, quiet, secure and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there, and the location is great for anywhere in W-S, but especially for medical needs.
I really enjoyed my stay, the outdoor deck was fabulous and the studio apartment was so comfortable and charming. I look forward to future stays at this property.
Amazing stay! Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Only thing is the few things we might have used like the tea and Pam spray for cooking was expired by a few years. Definitely would come here again!

Remind me to NEVER accept your reservation again if you're going to give me 4 stars and complain about things that aren't even required to be kept in the rental!
Property was fantastic and everything we needed to explore Winston-Salem. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything. Sherman the property owner was great communicating. Wish we could have stayed longer and we’d definitely stay there again!!
We were visiting Winston Salem to see our new grandchild. This location was very comfortable and just what we needed for a place to stay in the evening. Accommodations were clean and easy to access. Thank you!
8 miles from aging in laws. Super secure and safe spot. Covered parking was a bonus as it rained. Well stocked with pretty much anything you should need. Much better than staying in a hotel!
Beautiful property and quiet! Apartment well designed and very functional. Everything I needed was there.
Bonus that the lovely, spring perennials were blooming.
Will see if this unit is available next February when I visit again.
My daughter and I came to visit Winston-Salem for a college tour weekend. We loved the little rental and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the sitting room was cozy. Everything was so clean! Most importantly it is in a great area where we felt safe. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!
I always look forward to my stay here in any of the three apartments offered. It’s a lovely neighborhood and the apartments are all well appointed and have all your needed comforts. Very comfortable. I stay here every time I come to visit Wake Forest University.
I cannot say enough positive things about my stay. The studio was clean and well appointed. The area was centrally located yet private and quiet. I felt safe being a female traveling solo. Sherman was very responsive, I honestly had no issues at all. Would gladly stay here again.
This upstairs studio is tastefully decorated, comfortable, incredibly clean and well equipped. A bonus is a nice, arbor covered deck with table and chairs. I had a covered, allotted parking space that was well lighted at night. The security gate added to my comfort as I was traveling alone this visit. I hope to stay here again in the near future. Highly recommend!
covered parking is a plus - clean and comfortable - ingenious set up close to Wake Forest which was the goal -
pleasantly surprised with dumbells on the deck for a good morning resistance workout
Interesting space and decor. Great location. Ok clean but needs attention to detail. Silverware was dirty in drawer - had been used and not cleaned (we didn’t use it but washed it anyway). Microwave isn’t clean - same with oven. Not that we used them but…
Mirror on bathroom door hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

She was an issue from the very beginning. She wanted a 3 day stay for the price of 2 and that's what this is really about.
