It is a prestigious and sought-after location, ideal for enjoying the Riviera on foot. Car parks are nearby

Wonderful location, close to everything and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. 5 mins walk to amazing beach. We walked to Nice Ville - took about 15 minutes. Easy to reach the airport, about 2 stops on the train. Natalia was very responsive to requests, the only reason I scored lower on the communication feedback was because I had to rely on my rather weak French to communicate but for others who speak other languages it wouldn't be a problem. A few extras such as coffee sachets or teabags/sugar would have been great and a couple of maintenance issues (one light bulb not working on mirror in bathroom and a few new cloths/tea cloth would have been good). It was very hot when we stayed - air con helped but fan not so much. Little balcony was lovely but got very hot!
