About this property

Charming house in a quiet location, 300 m from the sea

A quiet holiday by the sea in our pretty stone house.
The fully enclosed garden ensures tranquility and safety for the children.
On the ground floor a large bedroom with its private bathroom offers a bed 160 cm. The fully equipped kitchen is completed by a scullery with toilet, washing machine and dryer. A living room opening directly onto the garden is equipped with a large table for 6 people, a television and a lounge area.
On the ground floor 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with 140cm beds and a bathroom.

The house is located 300 m from the sea in the hamlet below the Château de Lion, and 1 km from the village and its shops. Parking is on the street. You can reach the Lion Beach on foot in less than 15 minutes and a cycle path allows long walks on our beautiful Côte de Nacre.

Deckchairs, garden tables and chairs as well as a barbecue allow you to enjoy the terrace and outdoor meals.
Travel cot available
I do not take cleaning costs, each tenant will have to return the house in a good state of cleanliness, dishes done and tidy, barbecue and empty bins. Our animal friends are welcome in case their droppings have to be picked up.
Fitted sheets for the beds are provided, as well as tea towels. I leave it to you to bring your duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
Our bikes are not available.
My house is bookable from Saturday to Saturday

Maison charmante, au calme dans une rue peu fréquentée. Bien équipée et pratique, conforme à la description, nous y avons passé une semaine en famille à 5 : détente, baignade et tourisme à la découverte de la côte normande, de la Pointe du Hoc à Cabourg.Les jeux de société, les BD et Picsou magazines ont été appréciés par les enfants. La terrasse est très agréable, nous y avons pris tous nos repas.Très bonne communication avec Fabienne.

L'hôte a été arrangeante. Le jardin sécurisé est parfait avec des enfants ou animaux pour avoir l'esprit tranquille. La maison est bien placée à proximité de la mer, et les des commerces rapidement accessible (d'autant plus que des vélos sont à disposition).Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
