In the heart of the Adirondack Park, this gorgeous vacation home is the perfect getaway for the winter and summer months!

Perched on a knoll overlooking Schroon Lake, this iconic home offers panoramic lake views from every room and the wrap-around deck. Each season has its own special lake activities. Enjoy the wonderful sandy public beach, swimming in sparkling clean water, boating, fishing and sitting by our fire pit under the stars. You have a front row seat for the summer concerts in the park. Winter brings ice fishing, ice skating, winter walks on the majestic frozen lake, skiing, or snowmobiling. But, you don’t need to leave the house! Relax by the fireplace or head for the game room for billiards, foosball, and games; watch a movie and make yourself a drink at the bar.

This beautifully crafted Renaissance Revival home with Adirondack flair is an original staple of the Schroon Lake Community, built originally in the early 1900's. This is the perfect retreat for families, singles, work events and/or groups of friends! The entry floor is equipped with a gorgeous pool table, full bar (alcohol not included), Smart TV and comfortable lounge furniture. There is also a designated seating area where you can take off snow boots, hang up skis, or store your beach essentials from your day on the lake.

The main floor exceeds all expectations with its 270 degree lake views. It consists of a chef's kitchen, equipped with all of your cooking essentials, coffee & tea bar, ample counter space, and a kitchen island with room to entertain. The open floor space flows into the fireplace & dining room area, where you and your guests can relax and dine. This main floor hosts a luxurious master bedroom, appointed with custom closets, and en-suite bathroom with heated floors. Additionally there is a twin bedroom with (2) single beds and beautiful lake views. Finally, the main floor also holds a cozy entertainment center with a Smart TV and yoga area.

The upstairs floor consists of a working desk and relaxing lounge area with an outdoor balcony that overlooks Schroon Lake and local amphitheater that hosts weekly musical events which you can enjoy in the summer months. The lounge area divides the (2) additional bedrooms in the home with uniquely designed en-suite baths, each hosting its own unique lake view.

Steps away from our front door is the center of town, offering everything you need for your Adirondack vacation, including bars, restaurants, gift & coffee shops, and a local convenience store. There is easy access to skiing, hiking, golfing, tennis, snowmobiling and so much more. Or, you can just relax at home! You will need a car to navigate the entirety of the area, but the home is walking distance to Main Street with tons of selections.

There is also a separate (3) bed (1) bath apartment on the property that is rented separately, but can be booked for larger groups. Please message directly if you are interested. This apartment is locked and guests will not be able to enter main home from apartment, it is a completely separate unit and the only thing shared is the driveway.
