About this property

Cute West Side Home

This quaint historic charmer is in the heart of Bay City. Just minutes from beautiful downtown as well as Wilder Rd. & Midland St.

We are within walking distance to Defoe Park & Wheeler Landing Yacht Club.

25 minutes to Midland & 30 from Frankenmuth.

Longer term stays are possible, message for inquiries

PLEASE NOTE: The staircase to the 2nd floor is quite steep.
This house is not handicapped accessible. There are steps. This house is not a good fit for people with mobility issues.

Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome.

(Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.)

There is a $95 pet fee that will be added to your reservation. **IF YOU BRING A PET AND DO NOT TELL US YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR LEAVE AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND**

I’m sorry if that sounds harsh, but extra cleaning is required when animals stay at our home. We have recently had quite a few quests not disclose a pet, which means our cleaners can’t plan accordingly and we end up having to pay them extra.

Pets are welcome but they MUST be included on your reservation.

Lovely home.

We stayed two nights and went to Dow Gardens. The house is very close to everything you would want to see/do. The host is very helpful and responsive. If I'd ever come this way, I'd stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location

This was our second stay at this great property and once again, it fit our needs perfectly. We come to Bay City to visit family and the location is convenient for us to see everyone in the area. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We will be back!

Cute house!

This property was great for what we needed- somewhere clean near the state park (though the beach was closed for E. coli which was a huge bummer! Obviously not the owners issue but something to be aware of if you are traveling solely for the park like we were!) We made the most of our trip to Bay City anyway. :) A couple of things- my husband, toddler and I planned to share the downstairs bed as it was listed as a queen but I think it must be a full because that was not happening. Lol. Husband had to take the couch but we managed. Teens took the upstairs and that was perfect for them. Owner fixed an issue we had super quickly and we were thankful for that as well as her recommendations for things to do in the area. Last takeaway is that there is a morning train close by each day so if you are a light sleeper bring a fan or noise machine!
