Security CAMERAS: We have 4 cameras on the exterior of our home for video surveillance. One at the front door, one entering the back gate, and two in the back facing the pool and yard. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Chandler enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

The house was very clean, very nice, very big! Pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking (could use more knives, but I have this problem at most places we stay). Filtered water at the sink is underrated. Really appreciated this. Nice big couch for lounging. Kids loved the ping pong and football arcade game. Bedrooms were good size, especially the master. Though, would assume a king bed is appropriate for the space. Huge closet and bathroom. We paid extra for the pool heating at 85 degrees. It was perfect. Kept us cool during 100 degree days. With family 5 min away, location is perfect for us. 101 right there to get to Scottsdale or downtown. 15 min to great hiking at South Mtn. Communication with owners was great. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We had our son's wedding in Chandler and had an amazing stay with our family of 9. Frank and Robab are wonderful hosts! They were very communicative, accommodating and even provided more 9x13 pans before we arrived at our request. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups; the pack n play and kids' items were so helpful and the heated pool is fabulous. We enjoyed all the seating outside at the firepit and the lawn games and meals on the patio. The weather was absolutely perfect this time of year and we thoroughly enjoyed being in the pool in February. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. This was a wonderful VRBO location for those hosting a large group in the Chandler area. Only 20 minutes from the PHX airport too! Thank you, Frank and Robab - all the best to you both! :)

Fantastic Property

Beautiful, clean, well kept property. Great communication. Nice quiet neighborhood. Back yard is great with a pool, fire pit, plenty of seating options and a BBQ grill. Lots of room in the house as well!

Very Nice House

Everything was great at this property. The house was very clean and organized and the pool was sparkling clean. Looks like the pictures. Was there for the weekend to see a show in Chandler. This property was situated close to everything in Chandler. We really enjoyed our stay.

With that in mind, we’ve designed *Majestic Sunsets* to cater to families looking for fun and comfort, as well as groups traveling for business. Our 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features two master suites, providing the perfect balance of family-friendly spaces and extra room and privacy for business travelers.

We/host and live locally and can be reached by text to answer any of our guest's questions.
