house was old but redone nicely. I had no problems with the house but it was not where the listing shows it to be. It's actually just off the corner of two of the busiest streets in Memphis ( hwy 51 and Lamar). My wife was in a local hospital near there. I only used it to shower and wash clothes because I was afraid to stay in that area. I rented it so my family would have a place to stay but I told them to make the 1-1/2 hour trip home instead.
I took the family to Memphis for a long weekend to celebrate a graduation. This house is less than 10 minutes from almost any downtown or midtown location and has immediate access to the highway to quickly get to the other places you may want to visit. We had plenty of room to spread out in the living area, the spacious bedrooms and no fighting over bathrooms either!! Overall, this is a great property with all of the small amenities that help make your stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this location to future guests.
Cindricka was easy to work with and had good communication. The house itself is large with decent sized rooms, bathrooms and clean, comfortable beds. It is located at a very busy corner, and there are no curtains, only blinds, which makes street sounds carry, especially at night. The kitchen wasnt really set up with sufficient materials for a long stay- few glasses and 2 mugs, no wine glasses - but there is so much great food in Memphis and our trip was short, so this wasn't a big deal for us this time. The single greatest concern I have, though, was that management keeps cameras inside the house and didn’t advertise this pre-rental. There is a camera that is in the living room that also looks into the kitchen. I wouldn't have rented this place had I known this, and my friend and I didnt feel comfortable relaxing in these common spaces as a result. It's the owner's prerogative to have cameras inside, but it should be mentioned in the listing before any funds are exchanged. That and the noise are main reasons my friend and I agreed we wouldn't rent this property again.
Property location was ideal to everything that we wanted to visit and experience. I would also pay attention to the advise offered by the owner and caution to the neighborhood where property is located. Owner does a great job of explaining this. Unfornately, traffic noise late into the night at the busy intersection intersection where the property is located was unavoidable. Properties ideal location allows for easy access to a wide variety of memphis themes. We were able to enjoy and experience most of it.

Craig
My friend and I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter and her friend. The girls loved the foosball table and spacious rooms. We appreciated being close to the major roads so anywhere we wanted to go wasn’t too far.
I needed a place to sleep a lot of people and this place was perfect. Private parking is nice. Close to downtown. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, etc... Would stay here again for sure.
Outside the heart of Memphis, my family and I enjoyed a beautiful home away from home. Cindrika had excellent communication and the home was clean and exactly as pictured. My children enjoyed playing on the foosball table as much as they could. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together and space to be apart for rest and relaxation. We definitely hope to book this property again in the future!
This was a very nice house. The bedrooms upstairs were very big and both had a full bathroom. It has been updated very well. Everything we needed was at the house. The only issue is that it is a very noisy neighborhood, so if you are a light sleeper you better you may want to take a noise machine or fan.
This is a very nice home with modern decor and ample space for groups of up to 7 people. The only challenge I had is that my group included my 89-year-old mother, and the stairs were too much for her (legs, back problems) to take one of the upstairs bedrooms with the lower bed. Also, she couldn't get upstairs to take a shower during our 3-day stay, so she had to wash up in the half-bath on the first floor. Other than that, this is a great property, and I would definitely choose it again as along as I don't have Mom with me.
