Ideally located in the heart of old Antibes, this small house without fuss but full of life is perfect for authentic holidays with family or friends. Its small private garden in the historic centre is ideal for sharing your meals and enjoying the sweetness of Antibes evenings. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 small ones upstairs with ceiling fan and an independent bedroom at the bottom of the garden. On the ground floor, a simple and functional kitchen, equipped with the essentials for cooking, gas hob, oven and microwave, coffee machine and sodastream machine. Located in the historic district, you will forget about the car during your stay. The ramparts, the Provençal market, the restaurants, the port and the beach of La Gravette are accessible in just a few minutes of operation.
