(No neighbors above.). Peaceful and situated on the quiet end of Scenic 98! Wi-Fi! Smart TV! Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, and Beach Toys are included! Pack N Play provided upon request.
From the moment you walk into the condo, the Gulf view welcomes you with the mesmerizing views. Enjoy the serenity of enjoying your morning coffee on your private balcony while you watch the sunrise and sunset.
There is a well-maintained swimming pool and hot tub. BBQ grills and picnic tables are also located on the property.
The condo has a spacious kitchen which is fully stocked, and all your linens are provided except beach blankets & beach towels. The appliances are newer. The décor is bright, clean, and Coastal. There's a Smart TV in the Living Room and a TV in the Master Suite which features a King size bed and its own full bathroom. Bedroom #2 features 2 Queen size beds, dressers, private bath, and a TV.
Better than a high-rise. Less crowded beaches, on walking/ biking trails, grocery stores and shopping nearby. Wonderful spring break

My family and I had a wonderful spring break. The property was in a great location and the listing details were accurate. Great view of the beach. We will return to this condo in the future.

Great Location!!

What an absolute pleasure to stay here. From the minute we walked in, we were so impressed by how clean and useful the space was. The host had many extras for us and was super responsive. The location from the balcony was a highlight and how close to the beach it was. Would love to stay again!

Awesome Destin getaway!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the owner. Both were wonderful! The condo was very nice and spacious for my wife and our two friends. The condo and area were very well kept. The condo had everything we needed, plenty of kitchenware, places to sit, comfortable beds, TVs, you name it! The patio was spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean. The area where the condo is located is great and great for morning walks to get coffee or breakfast. The best part about this condo is the owner. I can honestly say I've never rented a vacation place with a nicer owner than Judy. We had last minute changes to travel plans and Judy went out of her way to accomodate. She was always quick to respond and even checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax by the beach in Destin.

Amazing Trip

Our VRBO was better then I could have ever imagined! Perfect location - perfect host!! The condo is super clean, nice and cold AC in the FL heat! The pool area and hot tub were great, nice people everywhere! The condo is just steps from the beach and the wrap around porch with a view of the Gulf was amazing! Will definitely visit Destin again - Judy was the best and so easy to work with and very responsive!!
