Perfect stay in Austin

Lucas’s place was perfect for our group of three friends. Extremely clean, easy check-in, and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed Phoebe’s diner which was a quick 5 min walk. Great location overall and very quiet!

What a cute and comfortable place to stay! We loved the decor and it was so close to all Austin has to offer. Great location for Austin City Limits music festival, we were even able to walk home one night from the Lady Bird Lake entrance to the festival. Can't wait to come back!

Great house, location

We enjoyed the location as we were easily able to walk to parks and restaurants, as well as drive to downtown. The hosts made the check-in and check-out process very seamless, and they accommodated our infant with a Pack n Play crib! Very quiet neighborhood, strongly recommend staying here.

Great Location and Space

We enjoyed running the trail, walking to shops and restaurants, and just having space to unwind. The area has so many areas to explore that are walk/runnable from the condo - Pease Park, Shoal Creek trail and Lady Bird Lake, Sixth Street, the Capital... Well appointed with comfortable beds, this was a gem.

Great Place To Stay

Our fist time to Austin and we were very happy with the location. Lucas was very responsive to help in any way. I would highly recommend staying here. Location was perfectly located. Condo was very clean and felt very safe here. We loved that it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to hop on the interstate or go downtown.

Great Stay in Austin

The townhome was located centrally and easy access to the University and all the touristy things to do in Austin. It was very clean and comfortable for my son and I. Heed the warning that parking is tight. No big SUVs or big trucks will get in and out of parking.

Stayed for ACL - perfect weekend!

This is the most convenient location and most comfortable rental we have had in 10 years of attending the ACL Festival! Beds were comfortable! Walk to Zilker was easy! Condo worked well for us! Highly recommend it!

Short family visit

This property is as advertised. It is comfortable, clean, and it was plenty of room for us (three adults). It is a good base to explore Austin if you don’t want to be in a high rise downtown. Check in and out was easy.

Great location

We didn't know what to expect having never been to Austin. This place was cozy and private, we didn't feel like we were in the middle of downtown. We walked to eat and shop. Very convenient location. The home is clean and cozy, we felt right at home. There's even a sweet neighborhood cat that comes to greet you:)

Great Stay

Everything was as mentioned had a great stay with no issues. Just a a warning for parking it’s a tight fit and a truck probably wouldn’t fit in the 2 spots they have available. Definitely more small car friendly
