The renovated accommodation of 70m2 is located in the middle of nature on the heights (850 m) in a small hamlet located between Lake Annecy and the mountains.
It offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountains.
The place inspires peace and tranquility.

Dogs are not allowed.
Hikes from the cottage itself. Fibre optics.

BBQ, raclette and fondue machine available.

Activities: Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, water sports.

Free parking. Access can be difficult for 100 metres by an unpaved path (gravel) and steps.
The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
