A quaint little home in a quiet wooded cul de sac very close to a pond. Best for two people, as more than that it starts to get a little cozy for dining/sleeping/sitting purposes. Lovely view of the pond, although the home is set back a few houses from the pond itself.
This was our first time using VRBO. It was a very disappointing week. Our expectation was that VRBO checks out the properties before listing. This property is grossly-overcharging for the conditions you are met with. It has great potential but the hosts need to address a few major things. My suggestions are: remove all food left in the refrigerator or cabinets by previous guests. There was a lot of opened and expired food in the refrigerator and cabinet. We stayed in the middle of June and the food expiration dates were March. Unacceptable. This made it difficult for us to utilize both spaces for the food we bought for the week. It turned out to be just as well though. All of the kitchen appliances should be replaced. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning and had a broken shelf. The stove was completely useless. It needed to be tossed out. I don't think the top or the oven had ever been cleaned. I opened the oven and immediately closed it. I've never seen an oven look like that. The counter tops were sticky and loaded with so much stuff that was decoration; not functional. I can't even begin to describe the toaster. Was afraid to even plug it in. It was filthy. There was no comfortable living room seating. A futon (that was old) was so uncomfortable and difficult to get out of was the main seating available. There was a wooden rocker for one person to use. But not for an evening of tv. Ran out of space. I would not recommend this to anyone. VRBO you should remove the list

Very cute space!
Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. Also was pretty cold at night and in early morning and unsure how heat worked, not a lot of communication on the app but we were able to find a space heater downstairs in the basement! All in all good stay and comfortable space! Would stay again.
This house is perfect for two or three people. It’s in good shape, has a small but fully working kitchen, and is right by the pond! My wife and I slept in the bedroom upstairs and our 17-year-old son slept on the futon in the living room. Very manageable. The laundry access is a nice bonus. Nice little house, fully functional. Would like to stay here again for the third time!
The house was extremely clean very nice and the property manager was very 6th cooperative and very very nice we had a wonderful stay. The only problem we had was checking in on the app not sure what was wrong with it we had trouble checking in and out
We had a nice stay in Wenham; especially as the weather got cooler.
109 Pleasant Street worked out very well for our needs as a couple.

The neighborhood was quiet, the pond was beautiful, the trees were wonderful, the internet was hard to get service, the oven didnt work but between stove top and microwave all was good.We enjoyed our stay very much.
Absolutely loved our stay, Wenham is super cute and a short drive to Hamilton, Beverly and Salem.
The home had everything we need and more, so happy they had a washer and dryer. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Mass.
Lieu très calme et paisible tout en étant proche des commodités et des centres d’interêt de la région
Une table de jardin serait appréciable
Attention, la description en français parle de piscine commune alors qu’il s’agit d’une zone de baignade dans l’étang.
One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Quiet quiet, clean and comfortable.
Everything was as it should be. A great place to stay.

The house is perfectly located near the pond. We used the 1 person and 2 person kajak and had good fun. The bed was perfect. We only missed a place to sit outside and a few table lamps .
Great little house on a small pond! Sleeps 3 comfortably. Washer and dryer are so great to have. Surrounded by great food and o my about 10 minutes to the ocean. Great owners. Thank you.
