The location was quiet and close to the water. If we had had more time, we would have been tempted to try out the kayaks. The road was also good for a morning walk as it had sidewalks most of the way and not a lot of traffic. The bed was comfortable and the stove worked well. I cooked 12 lobsters over the course of two days (brought my own lobster pot). The water heated quickly and the burner was responsive to the dial so I was able to keep adjusting to keep the water from boiling over. It was quite warm while we were there and the two window A/C units struggled a bit to keep the rooms cool. The washer and dryer were a plus. The owner was easy to get in touch with.

The neighborhood was very charming. We all fell in love. The swans on the pond couldn’t have been more perfect. All around it was a wonderful stay and trip. My only suggestion would be to get a pull out couch. The futon wasn’t very comfortable.

This is a perfect house for a quiet vacation! The lake is beautiful, it is close to to many sights, and the house itself is clean and cozy. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating as well.

The propery and location were great for what we needed BUT we could not get in touch with the host at all. We tried a couple times during our stay and then, when my son left his phone, we we tried to contact someone and nothing. We were ready to pay shipping etc. Couch should be upgraded from a futon.

Great quiet place for two near beautiful pond

A quaint little home in a quiet wooded cul de sac very close to a pond. Best for two people, as more than that it starts to get a little cozy for dining/sleeping/sitting purposes. Lovely view of the pond, although the home is set back a few houses from the pond itself.

The house is perfectly located near the pond. We used the 1 person and 2 person kajak and had good fun. The bed was perfect. We only missed a place to sit outside and a few table lamps .
