It's our 30th Anniversary and picking this condo was so the right choice for the two of us. We had the best time! Graham the owner made it so easy! He had all the details to driving in, parking, getting in the condo. And yes, it is just a 1-minute walk to activities, shops & restaurants, out the back door to the left. To the right, the pools. The tram to the beach, so convenient. You can park & chill when you get there. Also, the beach was clean and the water was beautiful. So worth going! Go for a weekend or a week, you will recharge.

The condo was immaculate! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony is even more amazing than the pictures. The pool on site is a beautiful relaxing setting. Graham, the host is amazing and made our stay a smooth process from the booking to checking in and all the above. After traveling 11 hours away it was nice to park and be in walking distance to the Warf and access to the tram that took us straight to the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

From the moment I booked my family’s trip to the resort, Mr Russell had already contacted me and email detailed information and directions about our stay. He was very responsive and his condo was perfect for our family with the bedroom, two baths and the pullout couch. The balcony overlooked the pool and we had a view of the bay. This was perfect for my early morning quiet time. This resort was very convenient for my family. Our condo was close to the pool and hot tub, a short walk to Baytowne Wharf and restaurants, and a short tram ride to the beach. I enjoyed the shaded sidewalks while walking around the resort. We will definitely book with Mr. Russell again!

The Condo was great , and very clean . Some of the finishes in the condo are a little out dated but very well maintained. I do wish there was a full size coffee pot . The pool area is need of spring cleaning but very nice .. overall experience 9 out of 10 .. would definitely stay again ..
