Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave parking passes and key fobs on grey cabinet.
To lock up get keys out of lock box, lock the door and return them back to the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To help protect our septic system.. Please do not put food or oils down the kitchen sink.
To help protect our septic system in bathroom please do not flush feminine products, baby wipes or paper towels and no grease.

We had a wonderful time at Cape Arundel, the house was wonderful, new and very, very clean! We had all we needed at the property and more, we enjoyed time at the clubhouse, at the 2 pools and on the back patio at the house for a nice bbq. You will not be disappointed, hosts are very quick to respond, overall amazing vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean and very well equipped cottage. We felt like home. We took advantage of the terrace and the BBQ. What about the 2 superb swimming pools which are a few minutes walk from the cottage. Great location between Old Orchard and Ogunquit Quick and easy communication with the owner. Truly a vacation successful!

Pictures do not do it justice! Bathrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The clubhouse is very nice and we used the game room every evening. The grand kiddos loved the board games and the kitchen has everything you could ever need.

Magical visit for Christmas Prelude

My family and I had stayed at this lovely home back in June and loved it so much we thought it would be great to come back for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. This is our third time staying at the cottage. We love the location; perfect location and the community at the cottages is very welcoming. The house has everything we need and just enough space so people can spread out. Love the décor and how cozy the house feels. Wonderfully Accommodating Condo

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property and community is well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen, grill, patio table, pool, and clubhouse. The condo is easily accessed and is close (within 20 minutes) to many sights, including whale watching tours, beaches, mini golf, and amusement parks. I would highly recommend this condo, and I hope we can stay again!

This is our 4th year renting and have been Premier Hosts since the first year. We truly enjoy being VRBO hosts. So proud that we have only received 5 star reviews. Our cottage has a lot of heart and soul in it. We furnished this cottage to reflect the costal vibe and relaxation but also comforts of home, it is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
Arundel is unique in the way of it being outside of all the high traffic any typical tourist areas but close enough to all the places you will want to visit. Only 15 minutes to local beaches and 10 minutes to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, 30 minutes to Portland.

Our cottage is a standalone cottage with a spacious open floor plan that has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with all the comforts of home. We have tried to think of everything you may need such as beach towels, chairs, and a cooler for a wonderful day at the beach. A private patio for wonderful dinners on the grill while enjoying nature out back. Comfortable beds to relax in at night after a long day of exploring. We know you will have a wonderful time!!
