Great location and easily walkable to a beach access. Two totally separate three bedroom apartments (upstairs and downstairs) which worked really well for two families with different schedules. The pool was great!

Great place to stay with plenty of entertainment.

We completely enjoyed the stay. It had plenty of room, including 2 kitchens and an outdoor pool house. The pool was fantastic along with other outdoor entertainment. The putt-putt was enjoyed by all.

The property was clean and the host was very attentive. It accommodated our large extended family well, was located a short walk to the beach, and had lots of outdoor activities to keep both adults and kids actively engaged. The nice-sized pool was great for swimming, water games and just lazily floating in the hot outdoor temperatures. (The AC worked great, by the way!) The only drawback was that the only way to go from the top floor unit to the bottom unit was via an outside stairs. Luckily we had beautiful weather and we got lots of exercise visiting family members in both units. We used the top floor as more of a hub for meals because there was much more seating in the open concept eat-in kitchen-family room. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but as a family we were trying to be less tied to our electronics anyway. It was definitely not a cookie cutter property and had a homey, retro vibe. We would definitely recommend this property for large family vacations!

Amazing Beach Stay

What an amazing place! It comes as advertised and even better! The house had plenty of room for our family of 13 with babies, toddlers, kids and adults. The pool is amazing and overall we were completely satisfied with our stay! The owner was super responsive and was helpful throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend!!!

Our guys good trip was terrific! This was the perfect spot for us go play golf and come back to more exciting fun things to do at the house! We are a competitive group so the games and activities we spot on! The commication from Jay the host was great! This spot is on my favorite's list!!!

It is just as advertised. Lots of things to do even if it rains. The outside area had so much to do, it kept everyone busy. The pool was definitely the largest one i could see. Jay was great to deal with, and helpful.

We stayed during an insane heat wave, so we were extra grateful for how well the A/C worked—it kept the whole house cool and comfortable the entire time. The pool was large, super clean, and perfect for relaxing in the heat. There was plenty of space on both levels for our group of 14, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super convenient, especially with all the beach and pool gear. Overall, it was a super comfortable, well-equipped place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation rental

This property worked well for our family with the 2 units and 6 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and sports items, and the location to the beach is great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but the property owner worked with us and was very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us

We brought our recently graduated sons to the area for their graduation trip from Oklahoma. The space was perfect for kids on the bottom floor and adults on top. The outside space was great and provided lots of entertainment.

Amazing beach house

This house was a blast to stay at, the bocce court got used every night and the size of the pool is rare to come by in a beach rental it was huge and deep. It was also nice being 2 seperate living spaces so each family had their own space at the end of the night to settle in to. All in all couldn’t be happier with the house, the location, the communication with the home owner and would definitely rent this location again.

Huge pool and great location

We visited over July 4th and had a great time in Surfside. The home is a very easy walk to the beach with children. There were lots of outdoor pool toys and beach toys which was a plus. The pool is by far the largest in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the location of this property - close to Food Lion, local restaurants, and a park. Owner was very responsive to messages.

Great location

Overall, the place was great! The only tough thing was the amenities within the home were lacking. There weren’t any beach towels, and no extra toilet paper or trash bags. The outside area was awesome with lots to do! The pool was great and it was so close to the beach! We loved the location and the outdoor space!

Thank you for the review and I wish we could have earned a 5 star review. We do clearly note that the beach towels are not provide. It is just not possible with our cleaning service and the condition of beach towels from week to week. I will work to make it clearer in the listing for future guest.

PERFECT!!

This was the perfect place for our group of adults and young adults! Everything was clean and Jay was wonderful to work with before and during our trip. The best part of this house is all the fabulous activities and set up around the pool. The Bocci Ball court was a favorite! I would certainly come back to this property with a group in the future.
