About this property

Honey Bear Creek Artists Mountain Retreat

Please note it is best to inquire on availability in advance to booking… I am pretty quick to respond! Honey Bear Creek is a newly remodeled cabin nestled in the Mountains situated near Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Town of Nederlands and Eldora Mountain Ski Resort. Guests can enjoy wildlife, hiking, rock climbing and 4x4ing with access to Boulder and Denver less than an hour away.

It's a very private mountain retreat with a large modern open concept. We have few neighbors... except maybe some foxes, moose and deer!

Enjoy the wood burning stove and sleeping for up to 8 guests with 4 Bed/2 Baths (1 king/2 queens/1 Double), laundry, new kitchen, WiFi/5G cell booster and smart TV. Bohemian design with lots of artist touches.

So much opportunities to relax with handmade rocking ski chairs on the patio, Adirondack chairs by the creek, vibrating leather reading chair and a massage, yoga, workout room in the basement.

We are all kinds of friendly! – pet friendly, 420 friendly, LGBT friendly and family friendly.

Quiet and cozy
This property is located in the perfect spot. If you love hiking or biking then this house is perfect as the Golden Gate State park is a short drive away. We spotted several deer roaming around near the house. The hike up hill behind the cabin is well worth the effort as the views are spectacular at the top. The house has an open floor plan and the internet connection was great. It offers all of the comforts of home and the host is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks you Calvin.

Very cozy cabin!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin nested in the beautiful woods of Colorado. The place was clean and well equiped and location was awesome! Just 15 min drive from Nederlands town which has great Nepalese restaurant as well as nice bar with smoked wings. Cal was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!
