You will feel cheerful and warm staying at this 568 sq ft apartment on the 7th floor of a classic Seattle building. The living room is decorated with lively colors and furnished with comfortable seating arrangements. Two bedrooms (one with a king and the other with a queen bed) with soft pillows and linens ensure a proper night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals or storing and re-heating leftovers from one of the many nearby establishments. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the apartment.
Laundry facilities are available in the building as well as a roof top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill. With walk score of 98, the apartment is centrally located where Capitol Hill meets Downtown Seattle. It offers unlimited amount of fun: from Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, theaters, the monorail and Pike Place Market to the LGBTQ friendly bars, brunch spots, and boutiques galore.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo unit and amenities of the secured-entry building including:
1- Pool Table and TV Lounge are on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can arranged with the concierge.

Other Things to Note:
1 — Urban Noise
The condo is located in the heart of the city, and some street noise is to be expected, as with any urban setting. In our experience, disruption is minimal — especially with the windows closed — but sensitivity varies from guest to guest.
2 — Parking
Parking is not included. Limited street parking is available in front of the building, and overnight parking is offered at the nearby WA State Convention Center garages.
3 — Heating
Each unit has its own heating control; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. A portable heater is provided for additional comfort.
4 — Building
The Elektra is a 16-story high-rise originally built in 1949 and fully remodeled in 1997. The unit itself has been completely updated.

Trip with my son to celebrate his 18th birthday. He wanted to be within walking distance to everything downtown and this place delivered. The apartment was clean, beds were comfy, and communication was excellent.
The space was cozy for a family of four, however the location was the main reason we selected this property. Most attractions are in walking distance or a short bus/train ride. The property is uphill from downtown Seattle, so just be prepared for that. Would recommend.
Valta was very quick to respond to any questions through the app. The Vrbo was almost as pictured, but the unit was a little dirty, such as the floors had hair/dirt on it. The bath tub was dirty and stained. That’s why it is 4/5 stars for me. The kitchen was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. It was easy check in/check out.
