Motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 850 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 10 km, Porto Rotondo 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Location idéale si nous n'avions pas eu des rats
Location comme sur les photos très bien située
Mais rats traversants la terrasse et rat mort a l 'intérieur dans le séjour avec odeur horrible. donc plus de fenêtres
ouvertes.
une personne nous a donné des boulettes à mettre sous les canapés et devant toutes les portes sans une excuse tout paraissant normal. Vacances gâchées.

Schöne ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick, nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin, funktionelle Einrichtung, leider keine Klimaanlage (im Sommer ohne fast nicht auszuhalten), Matratzen sollten dringend erneuert werden

Etwas abseits gelegen, aber der fantastische Ausblick entschädigt dafür. Gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, etwas bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten und ein kleiner Verbandskasten im Haus wären nett gewesen. Sonst alles in Ordnung.
