We had a great stay! House was just as described, beds were comfy, yard was fantastic to hang out in, and Roy was super responsive answering our questions. Great value, would definitely stay again.

Honestly once of the best rentals I have EVER stayed in, Roy was very helpful and responsive. My group will be staying here again for our 4th of July trip. The kitchen was clean and stocked, the extra air mattress were very helpful, and the hot tub was the perfect addition!

We loved this property. The backyard overlooks the city and was very enjoyable in the afternoon. We cooked a big breakfast every morning and played card games each night. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Clean and tidy home FULL of amenities. Roy was on top of communication 24/7, and despite all my travel plans going awry, he was the saving grace of it all. I booked incorrect dates and Roy immediately helped by offering an additional stay. My flights were delayed and Roy assisted my 2nd guest to check in while waiting for me to arrive from the airport. Our hire car got cancelled and Roy assisted us in options for storing our luggage between accommodations. Mostly he was very quick to reply and extremely accommodating to all the extra questions and needs.The stay and the accommodation was lovely, STUNNING even.. but the host is what made the trip so much less stressful when everything else just kept going wrong.

This was a great place to stay for a group! We did a friends trip and spent some time at Six Flags and some time in San Francisco with this home as our base. It’s right around the corner from the theme park, but the neighborhood felt safe and secure. It’s about an hour from the city and was easy to go back and forth. The rooms were great - private, clean, and well taken care of. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our group was three married couples, ages 60-70, traveling together. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely do so again. For younger couples with families, there are numerous activities and games for children on property.

Host was super communicative. Check in was very easy. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. A few things were wearing down but as expected for a rental. The a/c did run out of battery but we were leaving and the host did communicate so I believe it would have been resolved had we stayed longer. Lots of extras were provided such as card games and plates and silverware so we were able to entertain ourselves, and the hot tub was great for groups. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves for our annual get together and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning!

Entire property was fantastic. The location was perfect as we were in the area for a few days to go enjoy the wineries. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had any questions about the property, and were always happy to help. The house was clean and the hot tub was great! The view from the backyard is incredible!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub.

The kitchen and main bath remodel are very nice. Enjoyed the living area with the fireplace. Didn't spend much time outside since the weather was a bit cool while we were there, but really liked the fenced-in backyard. Note that there is quite a bit of road noise from the freeway below. An easy drive to Napa from this property.
