This vacation dream home truly is a one of a kind gem. This 4+ bedroom home features a resort style backyard tucked into a private & beautiful community with amazing mountain views! With 4 king beds, and 3 twin beds this home accommodates just about everyone. Privacy is abounding w/ only one neighbor to the north and a private desert scenery behind and to the side of the home. Equipped with a heated pool and hot tub, a master shower that truly is incredible, 4k TV's in almost every room in the house, a chefs kitchen both inside and outside with a grill that won't disappoint. Cable TV everywhere, ultra fast wifi, dining inside and out and so much more! Both the pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee of ($50 per Day). Quick Access to the freeways make it an incredible location to quickly get to anywhere in the AZ valley. Fantastic restaurants close by as well as some of the top golf courses and entertainment options AZ has to offer just minutes away including Six-Flags Hurricane Harbor. The home is located in the gorgeous, private, and highly desirable community of Stetson Hills. This neighborhood offers many private parks with playgrounds for the kids as well as amazing trails for hiking, dog walking, and mountain biking. Awesome Snowbird Retreat

This property was the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Completely modernized and having an abundance of supplies to make our stay enjoyable. (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and pool areas were all well stocked with everything one would need). Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The outdoor area was amazing with a beautiful pool, gas fireplace, outdoor grill, table and also a ping pong table. On top of that there are many relaxing chaise lounges and umbrellas. You can also view the mountain from the backyard. This house is located in a friendly, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Strip mall with a grocery store, restaurants, etc. is a 5 min walk away. Easy access to Hwy 17 and any place you would love to travel to. Josh was an excellent host. Communication before, during and after our stay was top-notch. He even took my husband for a drive around the area the first day to point out areas of interest. We highly recommend this place for couples or families.

Beautiful house and great hosts

The house is beautiful and just as the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The house had all the appliances we could need, plenty of towels, and even alot of pool towels. We needed to contact the host, Joshua, after a big storm came through and he responded very quickly and took care of everything. We also ordered a package that ended up in the mailbox and they retrieved it for us in a matter of minutes. Overall a wonderful stay and great hosts. We would definately recommend this house and will choose to stay there again ourselves next time we visit Phoenix.

This property was in a fantastic location for everything we needed. The host kept great contact with us the whole time! The house was extremely clean and was perfect! The pool was also amazing!! Definitely will be staying here again!

Awesome house!!

Love the house!! Super clean and new!! Had everything we needed and loved the family that owns it. They are so helpful. Love the pool area. It’s just the perfect house to stay in. Sun all day at the pool which was really nice. Plenty of everything!! This was the perfect home to rent. I have OCD so trust me it’s amazing!!

Wonderful Host and Property

This was one of the most efficent rental property I have had the pleasure of Renting. The home was in a great location close to pretty much anything you need movies, waterpark, and shopping. The home was beautiful, clean, and with the space perfectly utilize to maximize its usage. The host was amazing, communicative, welcoming. I was concerned with having guest since it is a HOA and I didn't to create any problems for my host, however the neighbor was friendly and welcoming as well. All and all my family and I truly enjoyed ours. Thank you Joshua
