Would highly recommend this property! Beautiful location, had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time, great beach access for slipping back and forth with kids. Jesse was wonderful regarding communication throughout the entire process. Property was exactly as described and we had a great time!

Home Away from Home

This location was perfect for our Family. The Rental was perfect and it Had all we needed. We had an issue early day 1 and by the time we were going to beach day 2 all was fixed. So, Jesse was very quick to respond and quick to action. We appreciated the time we were able to spend with our Family. This location and owner could not have been better!!

Early May in KD Hills

The property was great for my 19 year old and me. It is a reverse floor plan so beds/baths on entry level. Beautiful kitchen, dining and living area on second floor with some ocean, mostly dune view. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Pool for the 9 unit complex is small and private. The location is very close to Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge. This unit might be difficult with small children due to layout. Master bed was so comfortable for me.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, as pictured online, and comfortable for a family of 4. The area was great, beach wasn't super crowded, with lots of restaurants and activities nearby, some within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool also, it was a great perk! Our two complaints had to do with the accuracy of the description online, it said "50 steps from the door to your beach chair" and the picture of the walkway made it seem like it was direct access...which is was not. It was quite a hike from the condo to the beach, up many stairs, and down a steep ramp. It wasn't fun hauling all of our belongings to and from everyday. We brought a beach wagon and couldn't even use it. Secondly, description said washer and dryer, failed to mention before booking that it's a community washer and dryer, and you pay $1.50 a load. Would've been nice to know before booking, instead of finding out in the welcome letter. Overall, this was a nice place, would recommend for families, but it would be difficult with small children!

Thanks for your stay. I do not feel that your description of beach access is accurate. The place is ocean front and access to beach is walking up the stairs in pool area, over dune and ramp down as pictured.

Cute condo with an Awesome location

My husband and son had a wonderful time at this property. It was only steps away from the beach. The pool was a great alternative. The condo itself was clean and had everything that we needed for a memorable getaway.
